Recently the drink orders are not correct and when you say something the employees get an attitude loudly so you can hear it. Sorry for wanting what I paid for! I asked for sugar free blonde and they handed me something with Carmel drizzle all in it. I said I need the drink to be completely sugar free and I didn’t order the drizzle they remade it not sugar free. Also, the second drink I ordered which was a fruit flavored energy drink, they added Carmel drizzle to it also without it being on the order and it was disgusting. If the employees don’t change their attitudes, this place will be like all the other fly by night establishments in Albany.

Cereal Milk Matcha Latte came out just as fast as I ordered it and tasted incredible. Will come back here any time I want some delicious matcha! My only complaint is the lack of physical menus at the drive through to look at, but it's more of a personal nitpick if anything; there's always the online menu if you need to see what they have, and they'll give recommendations if you're unsure.
