  Powerade was 99% water with a spider in it. My 3 piece tender was actually 2.5 pieces. Dirty place. Bad customer service. Please fire everyone and rehire.

  Been enjoying Wingstop for about a year now because of a friend. I have been coming here on my own for a few months now. I signed up for rewards because of how much I frequent here. FYI, do the survey for free fries- It's worth it (I think you get it an almost every purchase you make). Great service and accessible for me.

  James the worst attitude person I have ever seen in my entire life he don't listen to anything I said about my order then when I asked him about he said that's not his problem you took my order man then over charged me told me I couldn't get a refund I will never go to this place ever again he definitely in the wrong business get him out of there don't know how to treat customers worst customer service

  I ordered here a little bit an ago and my order was completely messed up. My sauces were wrong and my food was cold, brittle, and soggy. I talked to one of the managers on the phone and he was extremely rude and didn’t resolve anything. I had brought my food back, shown pictures, and I had to come in three times so I could get a refund. They refused to show me confirmation and only showed a few text messages. This place is extremely disorganized. I don’t even know if there is a general manager because apparently there are three of them because I was given three different names (I was mostly likely lied to). The first time I came in I couldn’t even explain my situation because the “manager” doesn’t speak English?? And the last manager I spoke to said to come in 10 days later if I didn’t get my refund. I still haven’t and it’s like all the managers at this location are just for show. But I’m not wasting anymore gas on this place. Every time I came in the staff were pretty much just messing around, smoking in the back, and not wearing any gloves while preparing food. This is the worst food experience of my life. I spent $40 on some pieces of chicken, the food was cold unprepared, there’s are seemingly no enforced procedures in this place, the staff is incompetent, and “management” is honestly laughable. Please never come here unless you want food poisoning.
