  The workers were oh so kind, despite the fact that we came in last minute🤍. We got cookies & cream and 🍌 cream milkshakes. The food is also Halal (the bacon sold is beef bacon).

  The food is okay but the customer service leaves much to be desired as the staff at this location has an extremely bad understanding of what good service looks like for a customer.

  REAL CLASSIC BURGER EXPERIENCE! If you want it, you know where to get it! DONT FORGET TO try the chicken nuggets with the LEMON PEPPER side sauce!!!! Its on some another level! Special thanks to the CHIEF!! WOOOORDDDD!!

  Ordered my food at 4pm for pick up. I love about three min away and left right away to go get it. Went to the front part and was met with an extremely rude man who barely understood my English. I told him my name and he looked at the bag and gave it to me. I left and went home. Got home and found out it was an entirely someone else’s order. Called and let them know and asked for them to please remake the meal again because they gave me the wrong one and the gentleman that answered was HORRIBLE!!! I got off the phone frustrated and went back to the restaurant to give the other order. They gave me my same food (not re done as well as wrong). I asked for them to remake and was told no. I left frustrated. Food was ok but order was wrong AGAIN. It’s now 40 min later and I just want to eat. Never going back.

  My youngest son and I stopped by here, because the Poke restaurant 2 suites down was closed on Sundays, and we've never eaten at Wayback before. When you come in, its the typical fast casual burger layout, but could have been a bit cleaner.🧼🫧🧹 It was pretty busy, mainly because the two workers (which I will assume are the franchise owners) were struggling to get orders out for the people ahead of us. However, I gave them 4 stars for service, because they were nice to us, and got our order out faster than they did for the other patrons. So, my experience was good. 😁👌🏿💯 Not sure what was going on with those other folks.🤷🏿‍♂️ Anyway, I got the Grilled Chicken BLT, my son got the Bourbon Bacon Burger 🍔 🥓, and we both got chili-cheese fries. My sandwich was good, but the chicken was either pressed too thin or filet'd in half, which I didn't like😒. My son said his burger tasted great, and we both liked the fries, but they were stingy with the cheese 🧀, barely any on it.😩 The chill had good flavor, detected a hint of cinnamon in it, but it worked.😋 Overall, it wasn't as good as Five Guys and BurgerFi, shouldn't cost a much as either, but it's alright.
