  I was in the area and I really wanted Subway. Im REAL GLAD I looked at the reviews before heading over there. On to the next Subway I go 👏🏽

  Rude employee he made somebody’s sandwich in front of us and then he left us in the lobby and went to the back for five minutes didn’t say hello or or I’ll be with you in a minute just left me and my daughter standing there very rude and disrespectful. Won’t be coming back !

  I ordered two sandwiches Sunday night on 4/26/26. The turkey sandwich bread was HARD AS A ROCK. I brought the sandwich back to the store and talked to the employee and the supervisor on duty. I told and showed them that the bread used for the turkey was inedible. I was literally knocking on the bread with my fist to show them how hard it was. I told them I did not requested the bread to be toasted thinking that they might have accidentally toasted the sandwich. However, the supervisor lady stated that all the breads baked in their store oven makes the bread hard. She did not want to remake my sandwich or give me a refund. All she said was “sorry”. The excuse she used did not make sense because my other sandwich bread was perfectly fine and soft. It’s disappointing that this location does not want to fix a food quality issue on their end when it was THEIR OVEN that caused the bread to be rock hard when THEY baked the bread. It’s even more disappointing that they would even served the bread in the first place knowing it’s not up to par of subway’s guidelines. They didn’t want to make it right and expect the customer to eat an inedible sandwich. EXTREMELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS PLACE NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT! Also, I had to end up going to Kroger next door to buy a new bread to transfer the inside of the sandwich on to the new one since this stingy establishment didn’t want to provide me with another one. Definitely never coming back to this place!!

  Well I've give this location multiple chances. A few months ago I was inside in line waiting to place my order, and it was chaotic to say the least. The women working there didn't seem to understand English very well, they were taking forever to make the sandwiches, another time our order was messed up. Today, my wife put in order online for a tuna sandwich and a spicy Italian. I picked it up and brought it home, It was two tuna sandwiches, not a an Italian sandwich in sight. Very disappointing. It even had the correct order on the receipt. How do you mess that up. On top of that, she didn't get the toppings correct on the tuna sandwich. The entire order was big screw up. How they have managed to stay in business this long is beyond my comprehension. Do not waste your money here. There are so many more options out there. We live close by but that is the final straw, we will never go there again.

  The subway location is fire. After grocery shopping I swing by and got a sandwich and man when I tell you they hooked me up. Got my sandwich toasted and loaded up. One of the Best subway I been too. Swing by and get you a sub!!!
