- KCKristen CMay 29, 20261.0I just had a terrible and honestly confusing experience with the general manager Stephon. I ordered a hut box online that included pepperoni and beef. Once I came to pick up, the pizza was cheese. When I informed the employee of the mistake they were more than willing to accommodate me. However, they were stopped by the general manager who chose to double down and refuse to correct the mistake. I was told by Stephon that I had to purchase another pizza. I came inside the store to show my online order CLEARLY stating pepperoni and beef. Stephon continued to double down and argue with me. I am 9 months pregnant and it took every ounce of strength in me to remain calm and respectful. It’s truly perplexing as to why he felt the need to argue with me when I was providing clear evidence that he was wrong. He eventually refunded me for the extra pizza but was extremely dismissive, and didn’t even apologize for the mistake he made. The whole experience ruined my evening and left an extremely bad taste in my mouth. For a General Manager to act this way is extremely concerning. The rest of the employees were kind, and understanding. They also looked confused with the general managers behavior.
