  Waited an hour and some change for them to still get my order wrong. Placed my order at 6:26 didn’t leave until 7:36. The cashier they have up front is terrible as well. Asked her how much longer until my order was ready, asked for my name for the billionth time went to check and never came back to let me know. Was waiting in the drive thru lane, had to get out and go inside to tell them to cancel my order because she never came back to let me know. Needs better training.

  Think twice before ordering food from this particular location. Customer service is terrible. I placed my order at 5:35PM with an estimated carry out time of 5:50PM. We took our kids under the age of 5 to the park so we thought we were running late when we arrived at 6:10PM to pick up our order. They couldn't find it - not a printed ticket or in their system. Not only that, but they couldn't tell me how long it would take. I saw others who came after me get their orders. I even asked the girl behind the counter what the time stamp was for the order that she put in the warmer waiting for its person to come pick up and she said 5:50PM. Ridiculous. Two separate guys who worked the shift asked for my name and told me they'd look into it and simply disappeared in the back. Simply stating "We're busy" is not sufficient when orders that came in well after mine are being addressed. I asked for the manager twice and I was scoffed at as if that was a crazy thing to ask. When my order was finally ready, they forgot an item from my original order. Not to mention, every order had a printed ticket taped to it and mine did not. Such a shame that good pizza has to get a poor review due to the establishment. I hope corporate Pizza Hut can get their act together because this was not a pleasant experience.

  Currently waiting on my order for about an hour plus now. Placed it on the website. They sent it to doordash. First dasher stole it and I got a message from the second washer stating so. My fiance proceeded to call the store and see what was going on. Spoke to the employee answering the phones then the manager. Neither of them helpful btw. Trying to get my order I already paid for. Manager told us that it was on the way and it would be 10 mins. Called them back because my dasher changed 2 more times. Making this the 4th dasher assigned to my order. The girl then told me they were remaking it. So whats actually going on here? Still no food. Keep getting hung up on and laughed at being called white trash. Nice customer service yall!

  My husband and I went tonight to this place, the service was fair. The men in the kitcken did a very good job. The woman at the register kept putting her hands in her shirt touching herself. And did not wash her hands after. Left feeling unpleasant.

  I ordered a pizza last night, a small personal pizza. By 11:45, since it stated online they close at 12:15. When I pulled up to the window At least 3 workers were just staring at me 😭 they all looked fairly young, but im pregnant and we all know how the first trimester goes. I don’t know the way they were all huddled up together made me question if something was in my pizza. I know they probably wanted to go home… but still. I give props for the young man for even saying “have a nice night.” It was funny but awkward.
