I have dairy sensitivity (near complete lactose intolerance) and can only eat 1 cheese as of this moment and the lady on the phone is sincerely so kind. There was a mix-up with the cheeses and we were ready to order another one, but she offered to remake it and send it to our house for no charge. So grateful and the little note is so cute! I wish I got her name to thank her. Wonderful service ☺️

I love this Papa John's , and it's very close to my house. Anytime i've ordered from here the food is amazing and they always get my order correct. I'm typically a doordash ordered, but the few times i've gone in personally, the service had been very hit or miss, which is understandable due to the high volume of the store, especially on a busy friday or saturday, that lobby will be filled with customers, but the management and staff are always on top of ensuring the orders are getting out as quickly as they can get them out. 5/5 for me personally
