  Went through the drive thru and asked about a sandwich that I ordered before and forgot the name and the girl in the drive through said she couldn’t pull it up by my number even though I have asked them to pull it up from my number before, she just kept saying “no” so I told her I was coming in and she said ok. Now if I can come in and order and they are able to pull up my number and look at my last order, she could too. I had to come in because she was too lazy to ask anyone how. Service is horrible. Even when I came in, the people who made the orders didn’t speak.. this just happened about 20 minutes ago. It’s 5-12-26 at 12:16pm

  I come here almost every afternoon, and each time I visit, the manager I believe is named Forzana makes me feel as though I’m being watched with suspicion. I have never felt welcome in her presence. She is often glaring at customers or yelling at her employees in the back. The food here is consistently great, and the staff, despite being so young, are always kind and efficient. My orders are prepared quickly, and I truly appreciate the hard work of the team. That said, it is very clear that this particular manager is the issue. Whenever I visit during times when other managers are working, there is a noticeable difference in the atmosphere. The employees seem more relaxed, and the environment feels much more positive. I felt compelled to write this review after witnessing her yell at her employees today while customers were standing in line waiting to be helped. It was uncomfortable to watch and created an unpleasant experience.

  The manager ALLIE! is OUTSTANDING. As a person that works for the industry I know some people don’t know how to approach different situations but she did an outstanding job at making sure we were alright! We had a bit of a problem with one of the back of the house employee as she was very rude and even decided to come up to me to ask me why I had asked for her name, then when I said “ don’t worry about it “ she said “ that’s what I thought and left so I proceeded to let her know it was because of her attitude ( she was obviously racist against Latinos)…. Her name is honesty, and honestly she needs an attitude adjustment . Not sure if it was because my dad didn’t speak perfect English that she also thought I didn’t or what it was but maybe she should’ve stayed at home today.

  They're sandwiches and salads are always fresh when I've had them. I love their soups especially the broccoli and cheese soup. They do have a variety of soups
