  Fui con mi familia y una mala atención por parte de la mesera la comida fría helada mejor dicho pedí un rib eyes y me trajeron un bistec pensando q no conocemos de carne le dijimos q se llevara la carne y cancelara ese servicio y dijo q lo dejáramos así y al final cobraron el bistec como una ensalada mas de la mesa pésima atención pésima la comida

  It’s takes forever to ever get our food and it’s always wrong and never has enough seasoning. When ordering online/on the phone they only make the food once you get at the restaurant so it makes so sense to even have online ordering. Took over a hour to get the food and they messed up an easy order. The service is horrible, the waiters don’t even check on their tables at all and expect a large tip. If you have a large group they will do anything to not be attentive. It has changed so much over the years even the prices have increased drastically, very disappointing.

  Horrible !!!! If I could PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD I have given this new management more than one chance. Staff horrible, food order was wrong and ruin one of our birthday celebrations.. I been a loyal customer but now with this NEW STAFF AND MANAGEMENT I WILL NOT RECOMMEND !!! Please go somewhere that actually has good customer service !

  We ate there today had the pollio fundio Chicken was tough!! Wife told the about it,didn't do a thing and she didn't even eat it.Didnt offer to redo her meal or deduct it!!The new owners are not as nice as the other ones! Food isn't as good. We eat there a lot after today want be back.Smaller portion and HIGHER prices. Been totally different if they would of offered to recook it or refund. Staff rude,spoke English while order,when my wife told them about all the sudden went to blah blah blah.. Loved this place before the new owners took it over! Spent lots of money there.

  I don't know , none of the old faces work here any longer, what great service they gave. Today I walk in at one pm on a Saturday to eat and it's busy but the kitchen is empty and there is only one waiter. I'm not going to stick around only to be more disappointed. I've eaten here for 20 years what a shame. I just went an ate Chinese food at another family restaurant.
