  I stopped by around 9:30pm on a Thursday. I ordered a 10 piece nugget and a ranch chicken wrap. Complete order to pick up took about 5 minutes. My nuggets actually came out hot and my wrap could have been fresher.

  I opened the burrito and it was half a burrito. I also ordered an oatmeal and it was ice cold. This is really unacceptable. This happened today 5/11 at about 714am. Please talk to your employees

  This was an interesting visit. I ordered a double Filet-O-Fish sandwich at the same time somebody else ordered two more of them. I had to wait a few extra minutes but the sandwich was fantastic. The fish was hot and flaky the bun was steamed and it was delicious.

  Absolutely never come to this location after the sun goes down. The night crew is consistently horrendous in every way possible. I am certain that they lock the dining room doors so early because they don’t want anyone to come inside to see what’s taking them so long too give you cold food. The first couple of times I thought it was just the luck of the draw. Turns out it’s just how they do business. From now on after 7 pm I’m going somewhere else. Anywhere else.

  My family and I came in with the intentions of eating there to celebrate my childs 11th birthday as a surprise. It would have been a total of 10 people and as with any other restaurant we figured we’d eat there but bring our own (cup)cake . Which we have done at many MANY other restaurants from fast food to fine dining. As soon was my mom came in and placed the cupcakes on the table I could hear the staff, specifically the 3 women (1 manager, and the 2 other women bagging the food) making nasty remarks about how dare they and thats so ugly. They made a call to, I am assuming a higher up person maybe to ask if they knew anything about us? She approached us and with a very condescending tone and attitude told me I needed to call ahead to make sure it was okay and ask for permission. That we cant bring outside food (we didn’t walk in with Burger King & it was less than 12 cupcakes, home made mind you). I told her fine no problem we’ll take the cupcakes to the car. That should have been the end of it but I guess the woman was wanting to be heard and she kept repeating herself for some reason. Eventually she stopped talking, I told her again well be taking the cupcakes to the car no problem. She eventually walked away but the same three women kept giving us dirty looks so we decided better to take our food to go as I didn’t want to make a scene. That was 2 days ago and although I’ve calmed down I can’t stop replaying the scene in my head . She was just very rude and could have come to us with a much better attitude. “hey I’m glad you guys chose to celebrate with us but unfortunately if this is going to be a lot of people or a big party we can’t accommodate that” she didn’t ask ANY questions and didn’t know anything, I guess she assumed we were bringing a bunch of people or something ? I still dont understand the issue, we ordered food and planned on eating there, we just happen to have dessert with us. We felt unwelcome and stupid for thinking we could simply go out to eat and just being a dessert with us even though my kid had ordered his usual McFlurry and we’re planning on ordering vanilla cones to go with the cupcakes . Of course the woman would not know any of this as all she did was be rude and mean instead of asking to see if there was a solution. At the end of the day we went home and my kid got to enjoy family time and his favorite food but I hope someone talks to the staff and they realize you can talk to someone and still get your point across without being mean , rude or condescending.
