  The McDonald's is a brand new location and the first one that comes to mind when I think of McDonald’s. I love using the mobile service—it’s quick, easy, and always ready when I arrive.

  Guy at the ordering screen was being hella rude to us. When asked what we wanted, we let him know to give us a second. He said, “I’ll think about it.” When none of us responded he said “what, ya’ll need 10 seconds.” We continued to ignore him because we were in a good mood and had a good day and just wanted an ice cream cone. We told him that we just wanted two cones and that’s it. He told us to pull up to the window and then exclaimed, “damn, all that time for that!?” Mind you, it was maybe like 5 seconds in where we were just trying to get our order straight, he was being rude over five seconds. When we pulled up to the window we asked if he had an issue with us because he was being extremely rude. He tried blaming his manager for what he said at the window, then proceeded to tell us we were being dramatic and that he was just trying to be funny. He then told us to calm down because we were being “dramatic” and it wasn’t “that deep”. We decided to just leave because honestly that shit was ridiculous and immature.

  Cashier brought me an expired by. I agreed to wait 12 minutes for fresh pie. The cashier later told me no one put pies in the oven so it would be a longer wait. Not even 4 minutes later, we brings me q pie. I asked "Did they put them in the over or not?" She said assured me they did, but was in fact a lie. I opened the pie box and instantly knew it was not fresh. Someone clearly microwaved the pie and tried to deceive me. Even the manager LIED to my face and told me it just came out of the oven. I folded the old microwaved pie in their face and proved to them that pie did not just come out of the oven. The pie filling had dried out and you could literally ball the pie up. I wanted to compliment the beautiful decor, but they tried me. If they would lie about a pie being fresh...what else would they lie about? The cashier is just saying what she's being told to say.

  Terrible service. Food always be burnt and fries always salty. When in a rush they throw everything in the bag and forget half of your order. Put you in a number spot and forget about you. Insane. Terrible . Customer service sucks too

  The poor service starts at the top, with the managers, and the employees are just as incompetent. Attitudes and no English.
