  I ordered kids meal today at 530pm; and fries are so old and cold that I had to throw it away.. You would not serve food like that to your family.

  Been here many times and have never had a problem until today. Employee working front filled my large fry up half way and thought he could get away with it. Also, the temp of the fries were on the cold side. I ordered a large not a medium. And the way he was walking around as if he were on something. Do better! The plus side, it always seems clean in the dinning.

  Se tardó demasiado el servicio ni siquiera tenían tantos clientes para la espera las papas estaban frías cuando las sirvieron no es primera vez quise darles otra oportunidad porq aparte es lo más cerca q tengo de mi casa, adicional puse para comer en el sitio eran 3 comidas casi se salían de la bolsa porque ni siquiera me pusieron bandeja

  Literally such horrible customer service.. I had to go up to the counter 3 times to ask for something such as ketchup which I added as an option while ordering on the kiosk, and a spoon for my mcflurry because they couldn’t get it right the first time. I went to the counter to ask for extra condiments and one of the employees was scrolling on her phone and when she made eye contact with me, instead of helping me she quickly looked away to avoid me. Not only that my food took 10 minutes to come.. mind you we were the only customers at the time while there were 10+ employees working in the back.
