  Came in a rush I have a 12 hr shift today bought all the guys food. They completely forgot my food only way to fix it was to drive back around when its not my fault you cannot train your staff enough to understand the difference between 1 and 2. I ordered 2 biscuits only recoeved one now I get to work 12 hours on an empty stomach. Thank you Mcdonald's lol

  Tracked my iPad to this location using Apple’s Find My and called three separate times to ask if it had been turned in. Each time I was told it wasn’t there, and the responses were dismissive and unhelpful. She even took it a step further and said "everyone checked ma'am it's not here." Since the device was actively showing at this exact location, my boyfriend drove an hour back to the store. He wasn't going to leave, so after insisting and waiting, an employee eventually brought the iPad out. The woman I spoke with also refused to come out. This wasn't something miscommunicated amongst staff. I called 3 times and was told everyone searched for it---but clearly, they wanted me to give up so one of them could simply steal it. Unacceptable.

  I orderd the Kpop Demon Hunter Meal just for the photocards. I got everything (The sauces,The nuggets,the fry seasoning, and even the promo box in comes in), but the Cards weren't in it. Luckily the delivery service refunded me.

  I ordered the KPOP demon hunters meal and they left out the seasoning for the fries. I basically didn’t even get the exclusive aspect of the meal and paid the exclusive price. I have called corporate and I’m waiting on my refund.
