  The cake itself is very tasty, but the packaging is terrible. The bakery needs to fix its packaging process. Every time I order an 8-inch cake, it is never delivered without damage. The box is too small causing all the sides of the cake to get smashed against the box walls. I even asked the bakery department for a larger box to avoid this, but they stated that it's the biggest box they carry. It makes no sense to sell 8-inch cakes if you don't have boxes large enough to transport them safely.

  Today,(07.07.2026),I had to return for items I forgot to add to My groceries last week. Krysten,(I think She is a store manager)greeted My Daughter and I with friendliness, professionalism,and most importantly,empathy. It is always My FAVORITE store to shop because I've nearby. Every time I go there,I always enjoy My shopping experiences. I love the quality,the prices,and now I can check off EXCELLENT Customer Service! Thank You again,Kristen for being an AWESOME asset to the Kroger corporation.

  Called to ask about gas prices, was put on hold, and I still didn’t get my answer because “gas prices constantly change.” Just answer the question!!

  They rolled out the electronic pricing here. I was buying a jar of sauce that was 5.49 at the shelf but it was 5.99 at the register. Terrible system. I won’t be shopping at Kroger anymore.

  One of the best Kroger in the area. This neighborhood is blessed to have this one that looks well and is managed well. Competitive pricing on groceries with quality to boot. Plus fuel incentives that when accumulated can get fuel purchases for even lower than the wholesale clubs (Costco/Sams).
