I just had the butcher in the meat department give me attitude when I asked him to cut me up a full tenderloin for steaks. His exact words were, “Nah, man I really don’t want to do it this late in the day.” Won’t be back.

I’ve visited this Kroger many times and have always had a good experience! Will be using their pharmacy from now on, previously was at Publix on Harbins but some employees have such an attitude and I give my business to companies with good customer service.

I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by my experience at this Kroger location. While I was using a motorized cart due to a legitimate ankle injury, a male employee—who I later learned is a supervisor—made a degrading and body-shaming comment toward me. I am a young customer, and being spoken to in that way made me feel humiliated, targeted, and unsafe. When I confronted him with my parent present, he denied what he said and refused to repeat it, despite clearly apologizing—showing he knew his behavior was wrong. This is not just poor customer service—this is harassment. It is especially concerning that someone in a supervisory role felt comfortable speaking to a young girl in this manner. We filed a report in-store and have contacted corporate. I expect this situation to be taken seriously, and for appropriate action to be taken to ensure no other customer is treated this way. No one should feel unsafe or disrespected while simply trying to shop—especially when dealing with an injury. The employee name was Edward.
