When I saw that our server was not interested in fixing the error, I ate some and left without making a fuss. He knew he was wrong. Tried offering me extra lemonade to go. No thanks. I payed for a steak and cheese pizza. I didn't get it.

While the ingredients were fine, the pizza was severely undercooked, pale, and raw/chewy in the center. The presentation completely fell apart. I emailed the franchise owner directly about it and received zero response.Today (August 6th), I decided to try again and ordered a veggie sub. I am a former Johnny’s Pizza franchise owner from the 1990s, so I am very familiar with the brand’s standards and recipes. The staff was nice enough to make the sub even though it’s off the menu, but the execution was terrible. It was a sloppy mess piled with green and black olives, mushrooms, a little spinach, and onions, but the cheese completely slid off the bread into a giant, un-eatable clump in the packaging (see photo).The complete lack of care in food preparation and quality control is incredibly frustrating. After being ignored by ownership and receiving two botched meals in a row, I will not be returning to this Sugarloaf location."
