  Megan is amazing and Chef Jose is an artist with pies!!! We are recent transplants from NY AND STRUGGLED to find pizza like back home and the Sugarloaf Johnny’s comes closest!! From the service to the food, we live coming here and recommend this location above the other Johnny’s we’ve been to! Can’t wait to come back for trivia night!!! Be sure to ask for your craft beer 75/25 with cock n’ bull ginger beer…thank me later!!! Make sure you stop by on Wednesday; $1 off draft beers and $1 all slices!! Can’t beat that for a chill date night

  I went to eat NY Style Pizza, what I got was a chicago style pizza. Too many ingredients in the pizza, couldn’t eat without a fork. The NY style pizza is NOT a heavy pizza. The pizza had so much cheese, is all I could taste.

  Visited today on Thursday May 28th, between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The server was extremely inattentive and barely checked on our table throughout the meal. Service felt lazy, dismissive, and unprofessional, and we had to constantly try to get his attention for basic things. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that the treatment honestly felt racially motivated. I want to clarify that the server was African American, and the way we were treated compared to other customers in the restaurant did not sit right with me at all. To make matters worse, I was charged for 2 drinks that should have been included with the lunch combo I ordered. It’s frustrating to be overcharged on top of already poor service. Overall, the experience left a very negative impression, and I hope management seriously looks into both the customer service and billing issues happening at this location.

  PRICE GOUGING AND FINANCIAL GASLIGHTING ARE EASY AT JONNY’S PIZZA ​If you enjoy a side of financial gaslighting with your pizza, Jonny's Pizza on Sugarloaf is the spot for you. ​My daughter sent me a screenshot of exactly what she wanted, with prices clearly listed between $1.09 and $1.89. I even showed them screen shots and the text she sent me. Simple enough, right? Wrong. Apparently, at Jonny’s, looking at a menu is just a fun guessing game. When I actually went to order, the prices magically doubled. ​I even showed them the screenshot right then and there. I had text proof and photographic evidence, honestly, it was a tighter case than the OJ Simpson trial, but they still tried to play dumb. ​When I called them out on this textbook bait-and-switch, the excuses started flying faster than the dough: ​"Our prices are different from online." Buddy, I ordered online. Try again. ​"We’re not part of the franchise, so we make up our own prices." Translation: "We charge whatever we feel like because we can." ​"We charge more for toppings on a calzone than a pizza." Ah yes, makes total sense to charge double the price for a calzone that is literally smaller than a medium pizza. Flawless logic. ​Save your money and go somewhere that understands how math and basic honesty work. Don't go here unless you want to get double-charged by a place making up its rules on the fly. Oh we didn't even get all the toppings we paid for as well. No artichoke or jalapeños was in it like it was ordered, so i guess they can't read. So if you’re looking to pay premium franchise prices for an "independent" circus of math errors, by all means, order away. Personally, I prefer my pizza without a side of financial fiction. They wanted to contact the owner and let them know "my issue" instead of making it right. Good thing pictures are time stamped. Wish I could get my tip back for not making it right. Food was good and hot besides the missing toppings.
