    I was really craving Jimmy John’s, so after finding another location closed early, I drove to a second one. I arrived at 8:40, well before the posted closing time. The lights were already out and the employee was walking out the door. I had given the first location the benefit of the doubt—maybe there was a family emergency or some other legitimate reason they had to close early. But having the exact same experience at a second location makes this seem less like a fluke and more like poor management. I ended up going to Jason’s Deli instead. They were open, the food was delicious, and they were happy to take my money. I won’t be going back to Jimmy John’s in this area. If basic operating hours aren’t being managed, it also makes me wonder what other standards aren’t being managed. Bad business.

    Good pickup experience, but they DON'T HAVE DRIVERS ANYMORE, confirmed by management. Outsources delivery takes over an hour for 3 minutes from JJ's. At this point, it's soured my experience at JJ's. Used to come here and order delivery often, but will be going elsewhere.

    Well I’m in this area often now because of my back and shoulder injuries so after I’m done I’m very hungry from the meds so I decided to see jimmy concerning my hunger i wanna give a shot out to Ron a employee who works there was ready to serve me had a great vibe off of his energy took my order even also made eye contact and slightly with kindness made conversation with from time I walked through the door until my food was ready it was calm quite very peaceful Ron made my time and food there quickly with motivation so if you are in this are and don’t think this place jimmy John’s is the place to eat you’re wrong come get these subs before I do again thank you J.J

    Stopped here on my way home from a trip..tired! They couldn’t toast any sandwiches bc they don’t toast after 8pm (really?). So I ordered the veggie sub, worker informed me they had no avocado. Plus his general attitude clearly meant they didn’t want my business so I walked out. There are other Jimmy Johns, go to them!! Not this one!
