  Horrible service. Walked in and no one greeted me, even though there were three workers there. Waited at the counter for a few minutes before they took my order. Was not asked if I am a rewards member. Then the drawer didn’t have small bills for change for a $20. Last the soda machine was out of ice! The experience at this location was the worst of any location I’ve ever been to.

  Went through the drive-thru when their hours were open no one answered the drive-thru pulled up to the window and no one was there either very disappointed with the experience

  I placed a catering order for a work event at this location and the entire experience was top notch. Ordering was easy; pick up was ready on time, thoughtfully packed and exactly what was ordered. My group included those with food allergies and the Jimmy John's team was very considerate managing that. Great service all around but especially from Ron!
