    Ig there's a new worker but shes very slow and can't speak english very well which I do not mind a single bit, asked me to repeat myself 5 times and to talk slower while my car was drenched cuz of the rain, mind u it started raining out of knowhere and after all those times I repeated my order she still mess them up. We even had to go back in to get our correct order. And while we were still parked at the drive thru waiting for our food she approached the window which i assume was to bring us food but instead she asked "Are you waiting on your food?" They should not put her as a drive thru. And while I was abt to pay she told me to turn of my wiper cuz a little rain got to her but it was fine when I was drenched in rain while she told me to repeat myself over n over. Oh and it's literally just chicken croissant.

    Very disappointed with my experience at the drive-thru. The employee at the window was extremely rude, loud, and unprofessional in front of other customers. I requested a refund because I was unhappy with my drink and the interaction, but the situation escalated unnecessarily. She grabbed the drink out of my hand and threw it in the trash then had a major attitude after that. I remained calm the entire time while the employee continued being disrespectful and argumentative. Another worker was polite and eventually helped process my refund. Customer service like this is unacceptable. Then accused me of taking a picture of her then started taking a video of me. Ask for a Supervisor stated the supervisor wasn’t there. Then the other worker was calm and provided me with the Supervisor named Anita Then she could not process my refund and was still talking mess and being very rude in front of customers. I was very calm this whole time she kept going off. Then telling the other worker I should have ordered correctly still being rude while I am Waiting on my refund. This is Unacceptable. Corporate needs to get involved. I will be reaching out as well. Franchise owner very Unprofessional, failed to disclose he was the franchise owner on our initial phone conversation. Only confirming that he will NOT fire this employee. Refuse to confirm the video footage was watched. Downplayed the sitaution so this lets me know further this is the norm for the employees to be rude and disrespectful to paying customers at this location.The Dunkin Donuts Corporate office did nothing about this complaint as well.

    I went today to get donuts with my children. The food is fine, but the customer service is very poor. The cashier treated the customer ahead of us badly, glaring at him angrily; then, when it was our turn to pay, she snatched the bill out of my husband's hand. She also spoke to us rudely, and when you walk in, they don't even greet you. Fui es día de hoy a comer donas con mis hijos la comida esta bien pero el servicio al cliente es muy malo la cajera trato mal al cliente que estaba antes que nosotros lo miraba con coraje y cuando fue nuestro turno de pagar le arrebato el billete a mi esposo, nos habló grosera también y cuando llegas no te saludan
