Very disappointed with my experience at the drive-thru. The employee at the window was extremely rude, loud, and unprofessional in front of other customers. I requested a refund because I was unhappy with my drink and the interaction, but the situation escalated unnecessarily. She grabbed the drink out of my hand and threw it in the trash then had a major attitude after that.
I remained calm the entire time while the employee continued being disrespectful and argumentative. Another worker was polite and eventually helped process my refund. Customer service like this is unacceptable.
Then accused me of taking a picture of her then started taking a video of me. Ask for a Supervisor stated the supervisor wasn’t there. Then the other worker was calm and provided me with the Supervisor named Anita
Then she could not process my refund and was still talking mess and being very rude in front of customers. I was very calm this whole time she kept going off.
Then telling the other worker I should have ordered correctly still being rude while I am
Waiting on my refund. This is Unacceptable. Corporate needs to get involved. I will be reaching out as well.

I went today to get donuts with my children. The food is fine, but the customer service is very poor. The cashier treated the customer ahead of us badly, glaring at him angrily; then, when it was our turn to pay, she snatched the bill out of my husband's hand. She also spoke to us rudely, and when you walk in, they don't even greet you.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would! I went to this location yesterday, 4/10/2026, around 11:40a/12pish. I ordered a hot matcha green tea latte with oat milk; a guy took my order. When I get to the window, I paid with the guy who took my order. He then walks to the back. A lady with a Hijab then appears in the window. As the window is open, she takes a white napkin and wipes her nose twice, then folds the napkin and wipes her mouth. Then the lady who was making my drink walks over to the lady with the Hijab and gives the lady with the Hijab my drink. That lady then attempts to give me my drink. I immediately told her I didn't want it because she just got done wiping/blowing her nose and did not wash her hands. I asked her politely to have it remade. This is when she unprofessionally and loudly said, "OH MY GOD!" She then turns around and walks over to the area where the other lady was making drinks and started talking in her language, clearly about me and clearly with an attitude. I am NOT one of them! WIPING YOUR NOSE and then handling customer's food items without washing your hands is not only how germs spread, IT IS UNSANITARY. It is egregious how people expect you to go for anything now days. Then you have the audacity to be rude and cop an attitude with me!? Clearly common sense is not common any more. I intently watched the lady with the Hijab sit the infected cup down as I watched the other lady remake my drink, which ended up being nasty by the way. It clearly was not made with love. When my drink was finished being remade they both walked over to me to give me the new one. Being upset at this point, I let them both know I will not be back to this location and told her how she was unsanitary and crazy to think I should accept any ol' thing. I drove off and they will never be getting my money again. This is why I barely eat/drink out. People are nasty and try to make you feel like you are inconveniencing them when you don't go for the nonsense/ nastiness. PSA: If you are not good with customer service and or cleanliness, please do not be in a customer facing job and or hospitality, PERIOD!
