I came through drive-thru at 1:55am on June 26, I ordered on the speaker and all was well, but when I get to the window the lady proceeds to tell me the system is down and she can only take cash. She then cashes me out and I received the completely wrong order (I ordered 2 small caramel chillers, and received 2 chocolate), I did not receive the change I was owed, and I also did not receive my receipt because of the system being down.

Will not return to this location! I had a pick up order and when I got to the window the Muslim lady asked me multiple times, while repeatedly saying my name wrong if it was me. Very uncomfortable and wasted a lot of time. When I have a pickup order I expect to get it and go, not be interrogated!!

Que orrible trato recibimos el hombre tan despota y grocero no hablaba ni el ingles ni el español y unas caras orribles que nos asia y lo que pedimos no no lo dio y cuando le dijimos super grocero contestaba no recomiendo este lugar

On March 24, 2026, at approximately 2:30 PM, I visited this location regarding a job application my son had recently submitted. Upon entering the store, the employee present noticed us but did not acknowledge or assist us for several minutes.
When she eventually addressed us, my son politely asked if he could speak with a manager about his application. The employee quickly responded that they were not hiring. I explained that I had been in the store just a few days prior (Saturday) and had spoken directly with a manager who confirmed they were hiring and encouraged my son to apply online.
I then asked if we could either speak with a manager or leave my contact information for follow-up. At that point, the employee became dismissive and unhelpful. To which she went back and forth with me for over 10 minutes. Her tone came across as hostile, and she refused to provide any assistance, including basic information such as corporate or district manager details. When I asked for her name, she declined to provide it. I later had to obtained her name, “Sarah,” from another employee.
This experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting, especially since I have had positive interactions at this location in the past. However, this interaction left me feeling unwelcome, unfairly treated and discriminated. I would strongly encourage management to address professionalism, communication, DIVERSITY and customer service expectations with staff to ensure respectful and consistent treatment for all customers NO MATTER THEIR RACE!!
Due to this experience, I WILL NOT return to this location.
