  I came by this morning to grab a coffee, and the experience was honestly terrible. I clearly ordered a hot coffee like I do every single time but somehow I was handed an iced one. I get that mistakes happen, maybe she misheard over the intercom but the attitude afterward was completely unnecessary. When I politely said it was supposed to be hot, she immediately got defensive and said, “It says iced,” as if that somehow made it my fault. Then she went to remake it, but not without making a scene banging the straw against the counter and acting visibly annoyed. If you’re going to work in customer service especially at a place like Dunkin', having a bad attitude toward customers isn’t okay. I’m paying for a service I shouldn’t have to deal with someone getting mad because they got the order wrong. Save your time and money and go somewhere else another Dunkin’ or even Starbucks where the employees are actually polite. I won’t be coming back here again.

  What an experience. One of their male co workers cussed someone out in the drive thru lane, and then the lady up front gave me attitude for just asking for the price of a doughnut.

  This location is on my daily route but I stopped going there. Dunkin makes the best coffee, but this location routinely serves undrinkable coffee. I got tired of wasting my money. I always get decaf but I guess decaf is not worth the effort to them. I hope they figure it out but for now, this location will not get my business.

  I’m really happy that a 7 Brew is opening nearby this Dunkin seriously needs to make some changes. Almost every employee comes across as rude, with the exception of two older women who are always kind. When mistakes are made and I ask for them to be fixed, the staff often laugh or giggle instead of handling it professionally. I’ve gone as early as 10 a.m. and been told they’re out of coffee milk, which is surprising and frustrating. The whole place feels very disorganized. Just two days ago, I waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru for my drink after already paying. There were four employees working, but all of them were focused on in-store or app orders while I was left waiting with my baby crying in the back seat.
