- HKHolly Kulp2 days ago1.0I don't need to have my head bit off for just trying to order breakfast. It's day two of the fall menu and I dared to try to order the maple bacon sandwich and order which has proven difficult for this location in year past, today the woman seemed mad at me for trying to order it she snapped that they were out of maple bacon, which seems a little strange since it's only day 2 of the fall menu, but I understand so I ordered something else, which also annoyed her, she snapped at me throughout my entire order, also the food here is always hit or miss, but it's usually better at other locations, it's a shame because I come to this location mutiple times a week, but I dont need to be treated like this so I will either drive further to a different location, or just find a new coffee place.

I bought a refresher and it was mostly sprite and nothing like what was pictured on the menu. She all but threw the drinks at me and didn’t say anything else. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

I tried smiling and talking to them in hopes of getting at least one smile they all refused to accept my kind gesture and just handed me my nasty coffee as it turned out and I did not even drink it as they put too much ice in it that it was like brown water when I nicely requested light ice. My sandwich bread was burnt, and my hash browns were overcooked. Needless to say I will never be going back to this location ever… even if they were the last place on earth to get breakfast. I have never seen so many 1-star ratings for any Dunkin location, as this one.
