  Took my son there for a mother and son day. We had great fun. The staff in front desk walk in was very friendly and honest. I wanted to reload my card but she told me I already have like 197 points on there which is about $35 worth to play and about 6000 tickets.

  This bowling alley is not recommended due to its outdated lanes, which are over 20 years old. If there are issues with pin resetting, the excuse provided is that the lanes are aging. We were informed that we would receive a discount for the time we paid full price after having to wait an additional 30 minutes because one game took nearly an hour. This is considered a ripoff, as instead of changing our lanes and making immediate accommodations, they make excuses.

  Went to watch the game with my girlfriend. Order appetizers and drinks. First server was great, didn't catch his name but young white male. He had to leave early so we tabbed out but stayed for the next server. Who never came. During our wait for the next server, a different worker approached our table and and pointed at his blue bandaid on his neck sating "yes, it's a hickey." We hadn't had any communication with him so it was odd he approached us like that and said what he said. After 25-30 minutes of sitting there, I had to flag someone down to order more food/drinks. Our new server was pleasant, not attentive at all. For someone coming in to watch the games, it was a weird vibe in the restaurant area. A lot of workers walking around doing nothing. A lot of customers looking for service but their server was nowhere in sight.

  It could be cleaner, this used to be a wonderful place for family and being able to hang out. Now, you are charging $36.00 for some cheese and a malibu drink. Ridiculous. Gouging, $7 per game, got robbed on some because it scanned and the game didn't start. Nothing in that game award is worth the money you waste in the arcades. Pool tables are $24/hour, what for??? A stick and a table? The table paid itself of already. Ridiculous, if you have family don't dring them here, just for 1 person $36 for just cheese and just a drink.
