  watched the UFC and the Netflix special and it was great. played pool. The server was nice but took way too long on certain parts. we asked for the check and even she confirmed it and we were waiting for 20+ minutes. me and my group saw her sitting down on the other side while we still waiting for our check. i had to stand up and ask someone for our server. left a bad taste for me.

  I had been saving up my Dave & Buster’s tickets for a long time — around 120k tickets — with the original goal of eventually reaching 150k to redeem a Nintendo Switch. But as I’ve gotten older, I realized I’m not as interested in gaming consoles anymore. So instead, I decided to finally spend the tickets. My AirPods recently broke, so I used about 94.5k tickets to redeem the latest AirPods Pro. I know it’s probably not the best value compared to other prizes, but honestly, the memories of spending time playing games with friends are worth more to me now than just maximizing ticket value. I also converted some tickets into food credits to try more of the Dave & Buster’s food menu. The creamy shrimp pasta, pineapple sizzling steak, full-rack ribs, grilled salmon with rice, steak salad, and burgers were all surprisingly good. Spending around 30k tickets on food credits actually felt like a really good value. Overall, it was a fun and nostalgic experience, and I’m glad I finally decided to enjoy the tickets instead of just endlessly saving them.

  I always have such a great experience every time I come here. From the servers to the managers, everyone is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely makes you feel taken care of. Vanessa, in particular, always stands out—she goes above and beyond to check in on me and other guests, making sure everything is perfect. You can tell she really cares about the customer experience. I also have to mention my go-to order—the mango peach Bellini is consistently made perfectly every single time, and the sliders are just as amazing. The food and drinks never disappoint. The atmosphere is fun, the service is top-tier, and it’s just an all-around great spot to relax and enjoy yourself. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

  Keya was our sever. She had horrible customers service. She made us (the customers) feel like we were the problem. Keya definitely needs customer services training. Never make customers feel like they’re the problem.

  The experience was unforgettable tonight. To begin D&B doesn't have a family bathroom nor a stall whereby a dad could change a young toddlers diaper. I ended up having a walk to my car to do so, thus I was very disappointed. Secondly the service wasn't up to my standards, to many people standing around and instead of assisting the newer servers. We ended up getting the check before I even got my water that I ordered over an hour earlier. I would not recommend this facility for anyone with children younger 5 years of age nor if you have any problems with your legs and knees.
