  As a person who works in customer service I try to be extra nice since I understand how some customers can be but the only time I buy at this chipotle and what a disappointing experience, the attitude from certain employees showed annoyance, they weren’t helpful and a bit rude even, one girl was just stocking napkins ignoring people who were waiting for their orders, which just needed to be packed up since some were ready. Not only that but im not picky with food at all and surprisingly for the first time my chipotle meal tasted bland, no flavor, which is very questionable because how do you make something simple taste so bad? Hope this specific location can notice that the employees attitudes and preparation of food/meals are very mediocre, hope yall can do better, p.s a review from somebody who never leaves reviews

  I swear chipotles biggest fail is uncooked fajitas. I don’t want hard pieces of bell pepper and red onion in my bowl that were thrown on the grill for 10 seconds. The employees know damn well these aren’t up to par. Where’s the management? No manager should allow this to be served.

  Usually when I come here no problem, today had me speechless, 1st I had a burrito made (which he couldn’t get it right) unwrapped it 3x and food was balled up and I stated never made can I just get a bowl made they took my balled up burrito and still placed it in foil and put it in the bag when I unwrapped it it had the food on it from the previous food he had made it with smh and they thought it was funny nothing is funny about playing over someone’s food do better with the customer service
