  I accidentally spilled a milk shake and I think his name is Malcom 5,8 5,9 African American man nicest dude ever made sure I was taken care of and got me another one that dude is awesome!

  Great and fast service. However food quality is inconsistent. Today (May 6) I got a Jalapeno Ranch Chicken sandwich and the sandwich was very dry and overcooked, the bun was dry and hard. I hope they can make sure their QC is up to par.

  My family typically stops by a Chick-fil-A at least once a week to pick up either breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This in large part is due to their excellent service, consistent food quality, and exceptional drive-thru efficiency. I can't say that we've ever had any real complaints at any CFA we've ever visited over the years. Unfortunately this was not our experience while visiting the Buford Drive location near the Gwinnett Strippers stadium this week. This was our first time stopping by this particular CFA and will likely be our last. We were headed back from an early morning doctor's appointment and had been planning on stopping by a Chick-fil-A on the way home to get breakfast since everyone was hungry. We pulled into the drive-thru at this location right after 10:10 AM with 4 cars in front of us. Leaving us around 20 mins to place our breakfast order. There were no CFA employees out taking orders and for some reason, it took 21 minutes for the 4 cars in front of us to have their orders taken through the traditional intercom box. Needless to say it was 10:31 AM when we finally got to the intercom and we were told there would be no more breakfast orders taken at that point. I explained that we had been basically parked for 20 minutes in their drive-thru line and had never waited anywhere close to that amount of time at any CFA we've ever visited, and had specifically come there for breakfast, not lunch. Needless to say, after frustratingly pleading our case we were told that there was nothing they could do and could not provide any reason to us for the ridiculously long wait time. Even going as far as to inform us that drive-thru traffic was moving at a normal pace for this location. I can only speak from my experience of having likely visited over 40+ CFA locations across the SE in the last 2 decades or so, but if this specific location's self proclaimed "normal pace" is what I witnessed during our disappointing visit this week, I'd have to say they are far removed from the CFA efficiency standard we've come to expect.

  I was there the other day through drive thru I have really bad nutrition restrictions and Alyssa was taking my order and was very kind and helpful getting me a good meal for myself. I hope her hard work is acknowledged and rewarded. This Chick-fil-A needs more workers like her.

  This is literally the FIRST TIME I’ve ever gone to visit a chick-fil-a and encountered poor customer service. Daniela was really abrasive and it was very apparent that she didn’t want to be there. I was met without a terrible attitude, to the point where it almost ruined my afternoon. I would hope that this particular location does a little redirecting when it comes to the known morale and reputation that comes with this establishment.
