Then she interrupted me asking for a receipt when I was trying to make sure I got all my items in the bag. When I received my food I noticed my lemonade, which I paid extra for, was only filled 3/4 to the top. Additionally I didn’t get a fork for my grilled nuggets, which isn’t new at this location.

- PTPhillip ThorntonSep 11, 20191.0This location has made me rethink my expectations for Chickfila. The staff is inattentive and maintain a very lazy attitude. When asked for something politely, the staff will complete the request, although this is accompanied by rolling their eyes and some sort of snark side comment. Don't get me wrong though, the problem runs much deeper than the workers. This location has a culture problem, headed by the manager. She leads the pack on this one, and I am disappointed in Chickfila for allowing such practice. I have never really had a bad experience at any other Chickfila, and I eat there quite often. However, the consistency of the poor quality of service here has driven me away. I am a full time student here, and will no longer be going to this location.
