  Customer service is exceptional! The staff are always friendly and lovely young people to talk to! It was very easy to place my order and the wait time was ridiculously short! My family and I love coming here as it’s our family ritual to come after every one of my son’s soccer games. I’d like to shoutout one worker for their exceptional service, Oriana! She’s always here when we come and is such a sweetheart! That’s a hardworking young lady who loves her job! For this past visit Lana and Veronica helped a lot and I just love their energy! Thank you for being the place that my family and I can go to in times of celebration and count on for a 5 star service!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️We had a really great experience overall. The staff was super friendly, They are so Kind & Patient! The food came out Top tier! Crispy! & Seasoned Perfect! The staff is so welcoming! Bobby has made Great changes to the atmosphere! Customer service here is top priority for him!

  I wanted wings and was nearby so I stopped and ordered a 10pc wings, half Asian Zing and half teriyaki. I only got Asian Zing. I was a little disappointed because I was craving the teriyaki wings. I also got ranch in the side, didn’t like it at all. The ranch was sour and tasted like cheap bottled ranch.

  My family and I went to Buffalo Wild wings over the weekend we hadn't been in awhile and we were out and went for lunch the food was really good and the services was great the manager came out to check on us to make sure everything was good I believe his name was Bobbie . But we will be sure to come back thier wings were perfect my husband likes his way and they were good the store was clean good job guys

  Poor customer service. I ordered ahead during my 30-minute lunch break, and while the order was ready on time as expected, it was incorrect. I ordered dry rub wings but was given wet wings instead. When I brought this to the cashier’s attention, she responded with a puzzled look, as if I were mistaken. She asked if I wanted the order remade—of course I did. After stepping away briefly, she returned, took the incorrect wings, and threw them away without any apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. There was no effort to make up for the mistake or respect my limited time. This experience fell well below basic customer service expectations.
