Got my order wrong two times. I went back to get it fixed and worker offered to make it over for me. The guy brought me out a different sandwich than what I ordered.

Came through Arby’s and had a really good experience. Rocky was super friendly, patient, and kept everything moving smoothly. Order was perfect too, she made the visit better.

We were running late to practice and sat in the drive-thru for 25 minutes, and we were the only car there. There was no line when we pulled up—literally just our order—so that wait time is completely unacceptable. It’s called fast food for a reason. The timer is there to make sure food gets out quickly, not to avoid helping customers or resetting the line. We were asked to pull up because they “had a timer”. That timer is there for a reason. So you do your job in a timely manner. When I pulled back around to address the issue, the manager, Brianna, according to the gentleman named Denim, told me she would call the police instead of trying to fix it. That response was unnecessary and unprofessional. I’ve worked in fast food before, so I understand how it’s supposed to run. This wasn’t about being busy—it was about how the situation was handled. I wasn’t looking for a confrontation, just for our order to be handled properly. Overall, a really disappointing experience that needs to be addressed.

I hate to leave a negative review because I usually enjoy this location, but my recent visit was uncomfortable. While the food came out fresh and the employees were doing a great job, I witnessed a manager (woman in glasses) loudly yelling at staff in a very disrespectful way. Another customer nearby even commented on how inappropriate it was. No team should be treated like that, especially when they’re clearly working hard. But what I admire is that, even though she made an uncomfortable environment, they all still had a smile on their face and still resumed working as if it was not happening. It really changed how I feel about supporting this location.
