  we waited for 15 min for cold food that was thrown together sloppily. I love arbys,but this location wasn't the best

  Went to get lunch for me and my Mom. I fot the food and drove down the street to pick my Mom up from work. As she was about the eat her food She noticed some hair in her fries. We lost our appetite and decided to not eat any of it at all and ask for a full refund. We had the bag of food and reciept and the Grey Haired Manager with he short ponytail, and the Order taker (Tamaya) had the nastiest attitude about it. We didn't argure with them at all. It took that manager more thatn 7 mins to issue the refund. I work fast food and it takes only up to 2 mins to to issue one. She Then proceededs to ask me my name without looking up at me and wrote it down on a piece of paper and handed me my card back. I didn't know if she was finished and she looked up at me with the most annoyed face and said "That's all...you can go". If I was to so say or do any of this at my job, I would have been written up or have a verbal warning. I also noticed that the lobby was closed with the lights off, making me think something else is going on with this location. Now I understand why my neighbors,and friends say they stopped going to this location for a reason.
