  The worst 7 Brew location which sucks because it’s the closest one to me now. I get the same drink every time that I come and it is not consistent at all. When it first opened it was fine with a few issues here and there but now, the last several times I’ve come (and I was going almost daily) the drinks have not been good. I did switch up from going in the afternoon to mornings around 8AM so is it the morning brew that’s just horrible? Again I get the same drink so if the drink is not right I can tell. If you ask if they used the correct milk, etc they’ll just say yes. There’s no reason an iced cookie butter blonde should taste like mint or not have the correct milk that I asked for. My last literal 4 or 5 drinks have not been good and you’d think with how backed up the line always is that they are just slinging out drinks but no, you wait in line forever for a bad drink. 7 Brews are popping up everywhere now but if it’s going to cost them their good reputation for good and consistent drinks then they need to slow down or take the time to train employees.

  This is probably the worst 7brew location. The workers are usually super friendly, but they consistently mess up my order.

  Cheyenne is always so kind and makes me feel welcomed every time I go. I love this place so much and the people are so nice especially Cheyenne. Thank you for everything!!❤️❤️

  I come here almost everyday and am welcomed with kindness every time. Today Amelia took my order and she was the sweetest. I love this place so much and will be back all the time for sure. 10 out of 10!!!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is genuinely one of the best 7 Brew locations I’ve ever been to. I stopped by today while it was storming really bad, and one of the employees, Ayanna, was still outside taking orders in the pouring rain wearing one of the weather pods. We even told her she should go inside, but she just smiled and said she loved the rain and was excited to wear the weather pod. Her attitude was so positive that it honestly made our day. Then the storm knocked out their Wi-Fi. Instead of getting frustrated or taking it out on customers, the entire team stayed upbeat and even handed out free small drinks to make up for something that was completely out of their control. Later, my sister went through after I told her about it, and by then their espresso machine wasn’t working either. Between the Wi-Fi being down and equipment not working because of the storm, they had every reason to be overwhelmed. Instead, they kept offering alternatives, kept communicating with customers, and kept finding solutions. They never let the situation affect the way they treated people. I even watched a customer get upset because they couldn’t make coffee immediately while they were actively trying to fix the machine, and the staff still responded with nothing but patience and grace. It was honestly refreshing to witness. Hard situations reveal people’s true character, and every employee there showed kindness, professionalism, and resilience. You never really know what someone is dealing with behind the scenes, but this team handled one challenge after another without losing their positivity. 7 Brew, you did an amazing job staffing this location. Every single employee I encountered today deserves recognition.
