  Place sucks! I literally had to tell him how to make their own drink, and everybody there was rude when I asked them to remake my drink. I don’t understand why this is such an issue. People need to learn some kindness.

  The young woman at the drive through was amazing Ly rude. No greeting. Got my order wrong 3x. We just left before we re-asked her to put the 3 Splendas that I had asked for in my coffee. To say that she exuded laziness and dislike is a compliment. She should be fired because she DEFINITELY is in the wrong job.

  This was my first time at this location, and I had a great experience. There were a few cars in the drive-thru, but the line moved quickly. The young lady who waited on me was awesome, and she had no problem adding another item to my order. Great service, friendly staff, and a nice, clean store. I’ll definitely be back!

  Not one person working here has a clue about customer service. Three people standing around doing nothing and can’t get anyone to take my order. When finally got my coffee it was room temp. Asked get a hot cup of coffee and was treated like I was asking the impossible.

  REVIEW NUMBER 2 another order!!!!!!!!!!! 8/25/26 Please bring back favorite crew that actually put 100 into their work! Should get what you pay for and the coffee should look almost the same when you order the same thing every time White tag is correct on my order ! Something that comes with expresso and added 2 more with extra Carmel it would be DARKK NOT WHITE I DO NOT WANT WHIPPED CREAM then when you take off the whip cream hardly any coffee last pic after 2 sips !! No expresso just straight Carmel syrup on bottom! Taste absolutely horrible Does this look like my order and the lady said you can coach them how I’m excuse me KNOW YOUR JOB!!!!!!! I hate that I have to rate this but I’m very upset how I was treated and I’m a regular. For a year I have been coming every morning just about except this past 3 weeks because I was trying to quit coffee but realized how much I love my Dunkin coffee. I order a Carmel craze latte with extra expresso extra Carmel but with no whipped cream because that’s the only way I can get all I want with the brown sugar. I love the morning workers they are absolutely the best it’s rare that I go to Dunkin in evening unless it’s on a Saturday or Sunday so I never experience the evening shift. But now I know why the evening shift is evening and not in morning because in order to make people’s morning in good mood with great coffee you need to be a happy delightful person. So Sunday 7/26/26 at 2:40pm I went through drive through they did not greet me just said yea I made my order which was my special Carmel craze and loaded hash browns which was delicious but they put whip cream on my coffee. Before handing all the way in my car I said im sorry love but I dont like whip cream no whip please he looked back and asked if I wanted cold foam I said no thank you then he comes back hands to me before I can even say thank you he shut the window in my face then another lady opens and hands me hash browns while giving me a go to hell look I asked her when I checked a bag if I could have a fork she walked over to get it and handed it back to me with attitude still giving me a go to hell look!!! I have no idea what transpired before we got there because not one time was I rude even my husband that was in car with me was wondering what the problem was we were treated like dirt as they were to good to serve us or like we were just so rude to them… management please talk to your crew about customer service because if this would have been my first ever experience I would have never brought my business back even though I’m just one customer but if they keep treating people like that Dunkin will lose alot more than just one… Life is to Short to be hateful take a breather if need but treating people badly because you having a bad day or upset because order was wrong does not mean you treat people that way . If you don’t like your job find a better one that makes you happy!!!!!
