No matter if I go in person or DoorDash the service is beyond poor. Yes I ordered less ice but this is what shows up even after ice melts. Every person I have interacted with acts as if they are incompetent. Spend your money elsewhere.

The food was given to us in a bag, followed by a polite "have a nice day". Appreciate the courtesy but hey you forgot our drinks. Coffee was made and bottle of water provided. We headed out and discovered the avocado toast was burnt and the egg sandwich was on a croissant with no cheese. The last two attempts provided what tasted like 2 day old coffee and wrong food order that took 30 minutes to get.

My order was wrong, even though I was very specific and they weren't custom drinks, they were menu drinks. No one was friendly. There were no names taken for orders so I had to hope that I wasn't grabbing someone else's order. My daughter went later and the drive-thru staff were rude to her. I understand that people get overwhelmed but I must end this with, please do better.

They were rude and inconvenienced but there was even 2 cars behind me. Ok fine I asked for hazelnut pumps and vanilla added not the 1 was added it was bitter and a waste of a 20 minute drive one way. She said there drawer was even closed so they couldn’t accept my payment. I understand they were closing but at that point just say your closed and don’t accept orders. But instead now a waste of a 20 minute drive 1 way and a nasty bitter coffee
