Went through drive thru, I was in a hurry. Just wondering if the curly fries had sat all day, hard and not good. Chicken sandwich was ok, didn't get my horsey sauce. Probably give them one more chance .

If all the fast food places I've decided I can justify eating at, I've been very happy with this Arby's and the one in Hartwell. They are usually clean and have good customer service. This is a relatively new Arby's. The food has been good overall. The fries especially. Seating is cozy and you can still have a private conversation. The soda fountain is still stocked with choices. Maybe pay a little more attention to keeping the tables cleaned between sittings and ask the young man (Kaeden) at the register to smile and greet customers with a cheerful demeanor.

I got a Greek Gyro. The meat was awful. Didn't taste like meat. I took it back, and got a different item. They were nice to me and helped me.

Food was so disgusting, it was not edible. Chicken and bread were so cold and gross. Half of our food was wrong or missing. The woman had the audacity to suggest we go back to get a replacement since they don't do refunds. How are you not going to refund when it's YOUR fault and half of the food is missing. A bunch of poor quality people working there. Taking people's hard earned money. Not only did they throw our money out the window but then they also expect us to drive another 30 minutes to possibly get nasty food again that we never messed up to begin with, because we're made of money and gas is sooo cheap. Thanks Arby's, for making sure I never come back here again.

You have a super rude Assistant Manager at this location. She was rude to me, the customer, and also rude to her employee. Arbys has good food, but customer service is a big deal, too. She undermined the employee who was trying to get our order right and left out an item. Your Management is the face of your company good or bad.
