  I got a Greek Gyro. The meat was awful. Didn't taste like meat. I took it back, and got a different item. They were nice to me and helped me.

  Food was so disgusting, it was not edible. Chicken and bread were so cold and gross. Half of our food was wrong or missing. The woman had the audacity to suggest we go back to get a replacement since they don't do refunds. How are you not going to refund when it's YOUR fault and half of the food is missing. A bunch of poor quality people working there. Taking people's hard earned money. Not only did they throw our money out the window but then they also expect us to drive another 30 minutes to possibly get nasty food again that we never messed up to begin with, because we're made of money and gas is sooo cheap. Thanks Arby's, for making sure I never come back here again.

  You have a super rude Assistant Manager at this location. She was rude to me, the customer, and also rude to her employee. Arbys has good food, but customer service is a big deal, too. She undermined the employee who was trying to get our order right and left out an item. Your Management is the face of your company good or bad.

  I ordered the French Dip through the app and I was charged for the Au Jus cup that comes with the French Dip. I spoke with the manager and she told me that the store had no control over the app. She graciously refunded me the charge. I was thrilled with the customer service that I received. If you have an experience with the app, do not take it out against the restaurant. This location is on my list of highly recommended Arby's!

  Stopped in on Sunday, my husband and I had just hiked at Tallulah Gorge State Park and was in need of something filling to eat. The staff was spot on, food was fabulous, and everything was clean and tidy! Thank you for fast and friendly service, and great food!
