  Waited over 5 minutes, no one came to the counter. We asked the Popeyes next to them if they had anyone working there, they said they'll let them know we were wanting to order. Another lady in front of us was even waiting longer. We eventually decided to just order Popeyes since their employees actually wanted to do their job. 0/10 for Arby's, 10/10 for Popeyes customer service.

  Well Let's start out I went through the drive through I got the most wonderful person to help me. I ordered a roast beef classic and jalapeno paupers= with the sauce and also with arby's sauce and horse dish sauce for the sandwich. I started diet tomorrow. So this was gonna be the best taste in my mouth. Because tomorrow for 2 months it's no more fast food. So I ordered I'm waiting and this young boy young thug whatever comes to the window hands me my bag not really pleasant just there he was. So I go off and I eat it at the park down the road. Thinking wow I've got my condominiums and the sandwich in the jalapeno paupers= are gonna be like so good it's gonna be like I can smash this all of my face because it's that good. Well take everything out of the bag there's only 2 things they're is not my arby's sauce there is not the horse radish sauce and there's not the sauce for the jalapeno paupers=. And mind you right now all is I'm thinking is I needed that taste I need a little bit of hotness I go on a diet tomorrow please don't tell me this is happening. But it did did I turn around and go get the sauces no I ate everything very Bland. Just like my diet is gonna be for the next 2 months. Needless to say it wasn't a very good experience I guess I would just go to bed and wake up with a bland diet for the next 2 months thank you arby's.

  Unfortunately there is no lower than one star. Employee at the register is so lazy that she is laying with her head down on the register like she's sleeping even to take my order. She mumbled can I take your order and I had to repeat it three times because she couldn't stand up to even do her job. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Waited 35 minutes for food inside. They served people behind me and in the driver thru before I got my order. Some of the food was cold and there was only one lady putting orders in and serving food. They need more help employed because she looked like she was doing everything.
