Currently waiting in the drive-through line and it’s been 15 minutes already. No cars have moved in 15 minutes!!!!
The two cars in front of me have cut their car off to save their gas.
NOT TO MENTION THE TERRIBLE ATTITUDE AT THE WINDOW .

On Wednesday, July 1, I visited Sonic and ordered two Refreshers, Smasher Burgers, and an order of fries. I want to start by saying that the burgers and fries were absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations.
Unfortunately, the Refreshers were a completely different experience. Both drinks were extremely watered down and tasted nothing like the flavors we ordered. They honestly tasted like plain water with very little flavoring. I’ve often got the same flavors plenty of times and it didn’t taste as bad.
When we politely asked if the drinks could be remade, we were told that the manager said we would have to pay for them again. I then asked to speak with the manager directly. Instead of listening to our concerns or attempting to resolve the issue, the manager approached us with an attitude and stated that she would not remake the drinks unless we purchased them again.
This was disappointing because if anyone had simply tasted the drinks, it would have been obvious that they were not made correctly. We were not asking for anything free we were simply asking for the product we originally paid for. But the manager was too disrespectful to even handle our situation. She literally walked out from being nasty.
Good customer service goes a long way, especially when resolving a simple issue like two incorrectly made drinks. The interaction left us feeling unappreciated as customers. I truly hope this location places a greater emphasis on customer service, professionalism, and making things right when mistakes happen. A positive attitude and a willingness to resolve concerns can make all the difference in a customer’s experience.
The Hispanic lady that was there today at 4:06pm being the manager should not be in management…

I normally come here and get great service but not today. There was a rude employee taking my order and then she didn't place my son's order. Crazy! Then she was racist I heard how she replied to someone that wasn't my skin color. It wasn't right and I won't be back! Normally they are good here but not today all it takes is one rotten apple
The intercom at the front was broken, the tables are dirty, when we ordered our drinks it was barely anything inside! The bread is soggy, the chili was so watery it was leaking on me, it didn’t taste that good nor was the food was hot enough to feel like it was cooked. Worse sonics i have ever been to!

Decent Chicken sandwich till I toasted the pickles, leave off the pickles and it's right there with Popeyes and CFA. They have a Strawberry Horchata, I was expecting something good, instead it was something interesting, fully disappointed 😞, and the service was slow 🐌
