  Even if you order ahead through the app, seems like everyone ordering in line gets their order first... 10m waiting after ordering 15 minutes ahead for 2 drinks. 2 DRINKS. Ridiculous.

  Worst experience I’ve ever had. They told me they couldn’t take any more orders when I pulled off they took the next persons order so I pulled around I was told there system just came back up. I was told I could go back around and get back in line after sitting in line already for 15 mins. I told them I wasn’t pulling back around to get in line so they took my order. When I was brought my order it was wrong and the slushy just had the flavoring on top and it wasn’t even mixed up. Terrible service!!!

  Low capacity night time management. Needs to be reeducated on proper management techniques. Waited over an hour. Phone doesn't work. Couldn't get a refund. Wouldn't answer buzzer. Food sat on counter until it melted and we got blamed for not banging hard enough on the door to get their attention.

  Ordered ahead on the app, pulled into the stall and indicated I was there, and then after waiting 15 minutes for my order realized that all of the employees were hanging out outside that entire time with what appeared to be friends. Had to go through the drive through to get their attention so they would start making the order. Then waited another 5-10 minutes in the drive through waiting for the order to be made. Arrived at 10:18 for the order that was supposed to be ready at that time, and finally was leaving with the order at 10:40.

  You're better off going anywhere else. The food is alright, but you're going to wait 30 minutes. And it's not like the food comes out hot either. You would think after waiting 30 minutes for them to even take your order that at least they're cooking the food to order or something. Nope. Cold food. If you're trying to go here on your lunch break from work you'll spend your entire break in the drive through line.
