  Placed a mobile order for just some ice cream and it said it would be ready at 5:36PM, we arrive at that time and enter what stall number we are in and wait patiently. Around 5:50 I tried to press the intercom system to check on my order and no one answered. I must have pressed it 5-6 times. We called the phone number no one answer. I could see 3-4 people moving around inside, so I don’t know what was taking so long. And it’s not like they were super busy either, must have been 4 other cars. A little after 6 I decide I will try to go through drive thru, thinking I would be able to talk to someone through that intercom system. So I’m waiting in drive thru and the associate walks out with our order so my wife had to get out of the car and run to the seating area to try and get the order. Once we got the order all the ice cream was melted like it had been sitting around for 15-20 minutes. At this point we were so frustrated but it didn’t matter, we could get in contact with someone to complain to them. Honestly if we hadn’t already paid for the order we probably would have just left. I will not be returning to this location ever again. My family drove past here several times and said, “why are they so slow, they look like they are closed, since they are no customers”. Well now I know why, because they are absolutely terrible at their job.

  I will never eat here again, got food poisoning and food tasted horrible. I tried calling there number nobody answers.

  Slow slow and slow 🐌 be prepared to wait 10-15 mins just to order in the drive thru line. Also I went at 10:30 on a Saturday night hours stated it closes at 2 a.m. on Saturdays. Like I said waited in line for 15 mins just to be told they were cleaning the ice cream machine so no more ice cream for the night. Like you all dont close until 2 a.m. yyyy clean the machine at 10:30 p.m.???

  I will never come here again... I mobile ordered my food. I pulled up and checked in... I waited almost 40 minutes and the workers saw I was getting upset. I tried to get their attention and they ignored me. 19 minutes later a woman who pulled up not even 10 minutes got her food. I asked the lady what was going on..she said oh we gave your food to the wrong car and started laughing... Needless to say I waited a solid hour in the heat.. they obviously thought it was funny. It was not. They also messed up my order. I will be filing a complaint with corporate for the way I was treated.
