  Guaranteed to wait at least 30 minutes for your order. They’re always backed up and even when they’re not your order is still going to take almost 30 minutes. Every time we come here it’s the same thing. They’re hasn’t been improvements in months.

  Sat in the park and order spots for 20 minutes without anybody saying anything through the screen, there’s no line in the drive thru, the lady finally came over and said they would be with us shortly, another couple of minutes around and we pulled out and into the drive thru just to keep waiting 2 cars from the speaker and took too long for them to take these cars orders

  Paid for my food, after about 5 mins, said my food was on the way out. 20 mins later, had to go up to let someone know I never received my food.

  I’ve been coming here less and less because it seems like there’s an issue every-time. All I ordered was a medium blast on a mobile order. Pulled up into a mobile order spot , put which stall in the app. I waited 30 minutes , no one ever came over. There’s no button in the mobile order spots anymore to contact anyone so if there’s an issue there’s nothing you can do really. I went up to the door and the lady saw me and told me through the glass that I have to go to drive thru, she finally opened the door and handed me the blast that had been sitting there , she went back in and that’s when I noticed the blast was completely melted . It had obviously been sitting there since I got there 30+ min before and handed it to me like it’s no big deal . Had to drive back around for refund . It’s one thing to not realize I’m checked into a stall, maybe the app is messed up, that’s fine . But to hand me an ice cream you know has been sitting for well over half an hour … not coming back to this location

  The past several times I’ve come here I have waited in the drive thru for up to 30 minutes with only a couple cars there. This time I decided to pull around to see what was taking so long and the employees were dancing around and on their phones. Finally someone opened the window and I asked why they weren’t taking orders and she said “we told you to hold” I said “that must have been the person in front of me ive been sitting behind him for 30 minutes and you still haven’t taken his order” she the tells me “well you need to learn to be patient.” Another employee then walked over and didn’t have on anything to keep her hair from getting in peoples food or drinks. All around an awful experience.
