  This place needs some sort of GM or AM that watches over their store at nights. We placed an order at this location, on accident, and following the right steps, we tried to call them to warn them not to go ahead and make that order. Instead of someone answering the phone and speaking, whoever it was decided to pick the phone up, and sit it to the side without saying a word to me, in order to stop the phone from ringing (mind you, I was on hold). When we finally got in contact with someone, they told us that since they had already accepted the order, we would be charged even if we cancelled. I’ve worked as a manager in the restaurant business before, if this sort of behavior was reported at my store, I would’ve lost my job. This sort of policy is absolutely disgusting and needs to be changed. Hope you guys enjoy your free pizza.

  Very sad to say after recently moving here and just trying this Papa John's for the first time that my pizzas were not cooked all the way and I got very sick. After 2 days of a torn up stomach I can finally say that I'll just stick to the Little Caesars across the street very sad day indeed.

  Customer service is absolutely atrocious. I work customer service, it takes me a hot minute to get overly frustrated with service members just trying to do their job. That being said when people are straight up disrespectful to you, lie to you and refuse to do their job that’s unacceptable. Take pride in your work and do better.

  Multiple times forgets large sauce order 10+ sauces after the second time we called the manager said they were putting note on account to have same order for free at a later date called a month later they were off team lead tried getting In touch we called back 35 mins later to have a regular employee pick up the phone and refuse to let me speak to team lead and told me multiple times I need to call back tomorrow
