  I called ahead to see if I could place a mobile order and walk up in the drive thru since I don't have a vehicle, was told yes by manager 'Joseph' at Lafayette location that I could do that only to walk up there and be denied service and rudely told to get out of the drive thru line. Asked for my money back and was told it wouldn't be processed until the next business day so now I have nothing to get food with tonight. Absolutely horrific service and treatment. Confirmed through another employee that he did in fact tell me I could walk through to the drive thru window. Speaking as someone with management experience this is completely unacceptable and shameful.

  I went on a Thursday night. I ordered through the Taco Bell app. I selected "grab & go". App told me my food was ready. I wait 5 minutes, then I go to the counter. It takes the drive thru employees a few minutes to notice me. I showed a young lady I ordered through the app and that it was ready. My food was at the drive-thru window. I redeem a reward for a chalupa. Lobby is empty. Only a few people waiting in drive-thru. I wait 10 minutes, then ask a young man if they made my order. They didn't even begin. 🤦 Get it together.

  No complaints, it's Taco Bell. Food was what I ordered, how I ordered it, and it was hot. Mission accomplished 👍

  Greed. I've had a tremendous amount of issues with this restaurant. Giving me soft tacos with so little meat you can roll it up to the size of a quarter. The final straw is removing loaded beef nachos that cost 2.99. They have made prices so outrageous.
