  Considering when I called during Teachers Appreciation week and asked for 2, $10 gift cards and was told "NO". I vowed never to come back to this place considering how much money my school spends with this company. Let alone when you pass by the cars are always lined up to the highway, SUN UP to SUN DOWN. (2, $10 Gift cards, You really would have lost a lot of money Chick Fil A) I break the code that I have vowed not to break and go to this place because I want a salad. I got in there are about 3 people in the lobby speaking and walking around in circles. I go to the line to order my food, a new girl is taking a couples order. I'm not even rushing her, because she is new and I get it. A girl comes up and asks the girl behind me "May I help you?" I said " You don't see me standing here". She says "Oh, no ma am I didn't, I'm sorry" I'm not taking orders. That makes me even more upset. So it's about 10 people behind the register laughing, playing, talking about NONSENSE of course walking around in circles as well. I'm here waiting for my food to be ordered (which takes about another 15 mins). No one bothered to take my order, even though the new girl was needing assistance. Mind you the drive thru line is wrapped around the corner that's why I came in. So for the people who are wondering why the drive thru is slammed, They are playing and having fun in the front, walking around and doing nothing. Oh wait they are greeting people coming in and going out of the door. All I got was a soda because I wanted to do a survey to the corporate but I remembered this is a franchise. This made really realize I will never be back at this location ever again.

  I’m honestly disappointed with the service at this Chick-fil-A location today. My husband went through the drive-thru and asked for a small water cup, and was told they “can’t add items at the window anymore because of a new rule.” But somehow sauces can still be added at the window? That makes absolutely no sense when water is free too. I worked at Chick-fil-A for 3 years, and we would never treat customers like this over a simple cup of water. The whole point of the drive-thru is convenience, especially when someone is in a rush or has kids in the car. Making customers park and come inside for a basic water cup feels unnecessary and poor customer service. I understand policies, but there should still be room for common sense and hospitality.

  Went through the drive through. Found myself ordering from Harold and Kumar in the line. The two were easily distracted by cars, planes and generally each other. It took forever just to order. The wait after was normal and the food was average at best.

Where the experience separates itself is in the front-of-house. Service is efficient, organized, and consistently attentive without becoming intrusive. Orders move with pace, and interactions remain professional. The operation reflects a clear system that holds under pressure. Reliable by design, but not built for distinction.   We stopped at this location off of 95 on our way home. Good location; friendly, helpful staff; food was received as ordered. We love CFA! Our cashier was Jada and she was very friendly and helpful.
