  The customer service I experienced was absolutely disheartening. It felt as if I was met with an ocean of negativity and dismissive attitudes at every turn, forcing the building manager to intervene just for my needs to be acknowledged. When I humbly requested more veggies, what I received felt like a mere afterthought—a single slice of tomato and a sprinkle of wilted lettuce. I ordered a rotisserie chicken with bacon, but rather than the service I deserved, the girl barked back at me, “Do you mean a chicken bacon ranch?” It was as if my request was more of an inconvenience than anything else. Paying nearly $20 for a wrap that came laden with nothing but contempt and disregard is utterly absurd. If providing quality service is a challenge, perhaps it's time to reconsider your path in customer care.
