  The only thing colder then the fries I waited 25 mins for the 1st & 40 mins total (1 burger 1 FRESH medium fry) is the FREEZING COLD LOBBY. Where i noticed a family have their order re-made THREE TIMES before I left!!!

  I ordered a jalapeño and cheese burger but was given a regular burger. I was asked to pull around to a pickup spot to wait. No big deal. The fries were nice and hot but the burger, again, not the one I asked and paid for, was just a hair under room temp. Didn't spend enough to go back and complain but maybe heed the 3.3 overall review.

  I am writing to commend the exceptional experience I had during my inaugural visit to Whataburger today. The service I received was truly outstanding, setting a remarkably high standard for customer engagement. I was particularly impressed by the exemplary conduct of your team member, Meghan. Her comprehensive knowledge of the establishment, including its rich history, was profoundly insightful and greatly enhanced my visit. Meghan's professionalism, coupled with her genuine enthusiasm, created a most welcoming and positive atmosphere. What truly distinguished this experience was the thoughtful and unhurried approach Megan adopted throughout our interaction. It is rare to encounter service that allows a customer to comfortably make selections without feeling pressured, and I found this aspect of her service particularly commendable. Her attentiveness and the comfortable environment she fostered made my first Whataburger experience exceptionally memorable. I am sincerely appreciative of Megan outstanding contribution and look forward to becoming a regular patron.

  Not sure how you make a hamburger and forget the burger but here we are. The photo is something else. But wait! There is more! Plastic in the other burger’s cheese! Happy Mother’s Day - check your Togo order before you head out!!

  An amazing place to eat a quick lunch! Their wait time is incredible. They don't have a huge variety on the menu like other places, but it's still really good. I've been there many times, and I love that they have shakes and small desserts. The customer service has been good every time I've gone, though sometimes I prefer using the kiosk screens to order because it's even easier and faster.
