  Ordered a pizza for pick-up got there and everyone ignored me. They were waiting for a girl that disappeared instead of just giving me my paid for pizza!🫣 Pizza had no flavor.

  I was yelled at for ordering pizzas. How dare I order pizzas from a pizza place. Dominos came through though!

  I have to say something because this location has repeatedly been poor. Just yesterday I was supposed to receive a pizza with extra cheese and sausage and got neither. Also, it was stuffed crust, but the pizza was so thin I might as well have ordered a tavern crust pizza. This is far too expensive to repeatedly get my order incorrect - this it is not the first time this has happened. If you're in the area, just go to the one on Bells Ferry. The quality and consistency is much better and you don't feel like you're wasting money. No more business to the Cherokee location for me.

  The customer service is abysmal. They do not answer the phone. They have delivery drivers that refuse to bring your food inside the building and constantly make excuses. I spend way too much money here for the way the service is. Of course anytime you try to report it they do not answer. Corporate customer service always tries to transfer you back to the store only to be hung up on. If wasn’t working from home, I would literally drive any amount of miles away to not use this location. So frustrating to be going in circles with people who really don’t care. Working from home doesn’t mean I can jump up from my desk to come deliver the food to myself and really we shouldn’t be leaving tips for people who refuse to do the job
