Well that was disappointing. They used #doordash to deliver and 2 cold pizzas 2 hours after delivery. The driver had them on his seat and put them in the warming pouch to deliver. I ask why as they were already cold, his response he is required to to deliver. What a joke. It's A pizza other than not delivering there's no way to really screw it up. But this driver managed to. He posted that he delivered it at 8:03 which would have been a normal time frame at 9:20. We just finally got it. The store location was technically apologetic, but that was a little late by 2 hours. Next time I will miss part of the football game and drive the 7 min to pickup

I got a medium pizza and garlic breadsticks delivered on May 24th through DoorDash. Order number 1301321665. The food was great. I order there all the time. This meal unfortunately gave me food poisoning for 2 days. Both ends. Horrible experience. I left a feedback and got a response from Eric Ray the Director of Operations for Papa John’s Atlanta pretty quickly. She apologized (which I accepted. This isn’t a usual experience) and offered a refund within 2-4 days. I replied with thanks. Never got a refund. My follow up message was also ignored. Hopefully this review gets a response. The food was thrown away, I hate pizza now, and I had to take 18 hours off of my paycheck. Least I can get is a refund. I hold none of this against the workers there or the people at the store. Like I said, I used to order there all the time and I loved the workers made some friends even. Higher management failed their promise to me and it has been months. That’s where my issue lies.

I placed my order on the app. The delivery speed was spot on. Once I received my order I noticed one of the pizzas was wrong. I called the store and Courtney took my call. She was polite and very understanding and helped get the wrong pizza remade and delivered. Highly recommend this store. Thanks Courtney for all your help!

I ordered pizza, cheese bread and wings and my pizza was made with the wrong toppings. My cheese bread, the cheese was half melted off the bread. My blue cheese dipping sauce was spoiled almost green on both wing orders. The app will not help me file a complaint or get a refund if I could give 0 stars I would. We have a been long time Papa John's customers but this was unacceptable.
