The quality didn't go up, the convenience didn't get better, only acceptable outcome is that employees in the trenches building, baking, and delivering pizzas got good raises all around. Which is of course a very unlikely story.
- ALash leeApr 16, 20261.0TERRIBLE- especially the customer service. The front girl Courtney is only worried about running to QT & not prioritizing doing her job and helping paying customers. She was too worried about talking to co workers, meanwhile my pizza sat on the shelf for over 20 minutes. She has no business working in hospitality if she’s going to give every customer her stank attitude. I’d get rid of her before you get more reviews like mine. COURTNEY WITH THE PINK HAT.

Made me wait for over 20 mins after i told her multiple times my order name, only for it to be ready the whole time. She said multiple times they were still working, meanwhile it was just sitting. Cortney was also begging to go to QT, and fellow co workers were literally telling her no cortney, you need to do your job. Absolutely pathetic.

I asked for well done because I knew gluten free pizza needs to be cooked a little bit longer. However when I got my 13 dollar pizza it was completely burnt. Not even going to enjoy it.
