My husband and i stopped in for lunch on a Saturday afternoon and while we found the hostess and our server to be very polite the quality if the restaurant was very poor. We had to step over some croutons in the middle of the walkway and the floors felt greasy and your tennis shoes were slipping as you walked. We were willing to overlook this and took our seat. Although my husband ask to change booths because he thought the "grease" was only around our booth. I assured him it was not as I had slipped slided my way to the bathroom and knew it was a much bigger area than that. We ordered our drinks, sprite and water with lemon. When they put the water in front of me the lemons in my water were brown and the peeling even looked off color. The plate on my table was dirty and I started feeling very uneasy about eating food from here. We didn't even touch the bread because by this time I was ready to go. My husband was ready to leave but I didn't want to just leave without telling a manger how gross their place was! I have never in my over 50 years of life have ever gotten up and left an eating place but I could not see eating food here. I did not want any complimentary coupons etc cause I do not plan to return to Outback in Kennesaw. I told the manager all this and she pretty much said "the conversations over then!" and walked away. And so did we. Went to Texas Roadhouse across the street and had a much better experience.

I usually visit this Outback location about twice a month during the week and have had good experiences with the quality, temperature, and taste of the food. Unfortunately, my Friday evening takeout order was extremely disappointing. I placed my order around 7:20 p.m. and got the Kookaburra Wings with fries, a Chicken Caesar Salad entrée, and a burger with fries. Everything was cold — not even room temperature. The chicken for the Caesar salad was packaged separately, but it still tasted low quality and did not hold up well. The Kookaburra Wings were also a major letdown compared to what I’ve had before. The fries were probably the worst part. Every side of fries was clumped together and tasted like they had been sitting around or cooked in old grease. The whole meal felt like a complete waste of money. I’m not even bothering to call and ask for anything. I’m just leaving this review so others know that placing a takeout order here on a Friday evening may not be the best idea.

Wonderful server. He was gorgeous as well. Came for my birthday and had ribs and BBQ chicken breast. Very good. Appetizers were plentiful for three of us. Great time.

Food and service was excellent. We had the mushroom platter for an appetizer along with the fresh bread. I had the Alice Springs chicken dinner and my wife had the Salmon dinner plate. All in it was around $80 without drinks. For what you get it's worth it.

Came here for lunch I have 1 hr break food came out at 145pm for a salmon salad and a steak didn’t even get to eat in had to take it to go. Wayyyyy too slow to even get the orders out with 3 tables sitting. I’ve managed a few restaurants so I understand if kitchen was backed up. It was not the case sucks because I didn’t even get to eat lunch had to rush back to work! Servers are good kitchen sucks if it’s that slow then. Have your best cook! I gave yall another chance after derez in the kitchen kept messing up my steak 6 months ago and I try again and the experience sucks even worse! Won’t be visiting again. At least not this location wouldn’t advise for lunch either no wonder it’s empty with those kitchen times for food nobody has time to eat.
