  I went in and got food, they forgot one of my friends meal and I went up to ask and they just sat and stared at me and then I saw this girl and I said excuse me and told me what and she just walked past me with an attitude and it took 1 hour just to get my 10 pc nugget and medium fry

  I called 4 times in a row to make sure they had a online order and no one picked up. There's no reason they should be ignoring the phones

  Pretty good service very good great for kids with little tablets for you kid to play on and a play place 10/10.

  I wish I could give the service a minus one attitude of the nitro absolute trash ever since that younger black girl started working there. She has a terrible attitude. She treats people like garbage if they ever question her once and then she spread it to the rest of the crew so everyone else treat you like garbage too when you really did nothing I don’t even like stopping in for anything for myself for my family or DoorDash. She’s awful. I hate coming to the store and I don’t. I go to Giles Road respectful on time. The food is good and hot and the overnight manager or shift Supervisor is professional unlike the one here, Awful Why you I wouldn’t even try because if you ask them one question they get attitude.
