  I ordered the ckn Alfredo. I asked for fresh parmesan cheese and they do not carry that I asked for it to have spinach they also don't carry that . I asked for Roasted Red peppers 🌶 😐 again they don't carry that. The ckn was a big fat cutlet partly breaded just thrown on top of spaghetti they did not slice it . The garlic bread is extremely hard 😫 my Girlfriend didn't touch her plate after looking at her shrimp she said it wasn't the done way she asked . I paid two different transactions because the waitress maybe didn't know how to work it. I will not return because the food was plain and not what im used to when it comes to Italian food.

  I love this restaurant. A friend and I found it a few months ago and I am a huge fan. The food is so well prepared and authentic. Their marinara is like my Aunt Connie's! Their pizza is beautiful and delicious. Their eggplant parmesan is savory and cheesy. But my goodness to favorite is the Fiocchetti alla Gorgonzolla! So creamy and cheesy. Such a comforting dish.

  I love the concept of this restaurant. The atmosphere wasn't very inviting or warm. The menu we were told was being updated. They should have never had the menu available for the guests if the items were not going to be available that are on there. The one item that I wanted was the one item they did not have available at all. That should have been told to Us by our server and or host when we were first seeded. My pasta was severely overcooked and the amount of olive oil was very heavy. The short-haired male waiter who seemed to be in his mid to late 30s, was very informative on I was available. Unfortunately he was not our waiter.

  Have you ever had food so good, you can’t help but nod your head as you eat? Maybe I’m crazy, but if you are also this type of person, you will have that experience here. Everything was delicious, with great attention to detail paid to all aspects of the food. I started with a bruschetta. THE BREAD IS DELICIOUS! SO DELICIOUS. The cherry tomatoes were so divine it made me wonder if they grow them on a vine out back. For my entree, I ordered the veal piccata. From first bite to last, I was satisfied. Honestly, it was a heavenly experience. The richness of the dish was so well balanced with the acidic lemon and the capers brought the dish together into a harmonious delectable symphony of flavor. Towards the end of my meal, the chef stepped out of the kitchen. He thoughtfully greeted each customer and asked them how they enjoyed their meal. I eagerly awaited my turn—I had a question to ask! And the question was, “do you make your bread in house?” YES THEY MAKE THEIR BREAD IN HOUSE! OF COURSE THEY MAKE THEIR BREAD IN HOUSE! The bread is what made the bruschetta shine, and the slices of garlic bread were perfect to dip into the piccata sauce. I’m trying to watch my carbs and really shouldn’t be eating this much bread, but I made an exception for tonight. When I spoke to the chef, he says that piccata and Marsala is not as popular in this area, and he has considered taking it off the menu. The piccata is delicious, and I’m sure the Marsala is as well. I will be back to try it! Please, please, please support this family business and try out the piccata or Marsala! I will for sure be back. This is a lovely restaurant with the kindness wait staff and welcoming, friendly chef!

  We went to Mangiamo Ristorante with our family and had such a great experience! As soon as you walk in, everyone is so welcoming and attentive. The restaurant is beautiful, clean, and has a really nice atmosphere. The service was fantastic, and we felt right at home. We started with a cheese pizza, bruschetta, and an antipasti platter. Everything was delicious and well prepared, but the pizza was AMAZING! The crust and cheese were just perfect. For dinner, we ordered the lasagna, cacio e pepe, pappardelle alla Bolognese, chicken Parmigiana, and spaghetti and meatballs. Everything was incredible! We haven’t had really good Italian food like this since we moved, and we were so happy to find such a great Italian restaurant close to us. We also tried the crème brûlée, tiramisu, and cannoli for dessert, and of course, they were delicious too! I’m originally from Jersey and grew up eating Italian food, so finding a place that really feels like the Italian food I grew up with means a lot to me. Mangiamo definitely gave us what we had been looking for. Our server was also fantastic—very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 🇮🇹❤️
