I went inside at 6:10 (as I was actually in front of the restaurant when I called it in) and was told it was not ready yet. I continued to wait. 10 minutes, nothing. 20 minutes, nothing. I then noticed a roach crawling around. I requested to cancel my order and informed them of the roach. I was told it was coming right out. Approx 50 minutes after I placed my order it was ready. I then point out the roach to which the girl stepped on it, then grabbed a paper towel and picked it up, never washing her hands. Not seeing where I can post a video but I will if I can. Never going back!
