    Instead of Freaky Fast, it was Freaky Slow. One person working whole store, had to use kiosk to order which took way longer than actual real personal customer service. They usually have your sub ready before you can even pay... but not here, took 15 minutes to get it made.

    NO customer service training whatsoever. As a customer and a person in my 20s, I should never have to say “I’m not going to argue” with someone who works there and is older, clearly over the age of 40. Immediately upon arrival, I was greeted with an attitude, negligence and poor service. Once I finally received what I asked for, the food was great and I love the chips. However, the atmosphere and customer service was the worst. Very disappointing.

    Really annoyed at this point. Two separate occasions I have attempted to order from this Jimmy John's for delivery. They continue to allow you to place online orders for delivery despite not ever having a delivery driver. If you offer delivery as a service from your business. You need to have it available. This is a poor reflection of Jimmy John's, as they are either not treating or paying employees well enough to keep their own drivers. Again, don't offer a service you can't fulfill. They always offer you place the order through doordash. Where they charge $5 more for the same sandwich I ordered through the app. So really not a fair solution.

    So I went here 2 times this year. First time there was a girl and guy working, the girl is so rude and I am quiet trying to mind my business and order some food. After I ordered my sandwich they didnt spread mayo on the bread right and the meat was lumped or missing across the sandwich. I didn't say anything and didn't want to leave a review because it didn't feel fair to leave a review based on that experience. Plus I never ate there before. So I wait some time and go back yesterday. There were 2 young women working and they were incredibly professional. Normal professional, naturally great energy. Plus the sandwich was great too. Made with care, love, respect. So anyways an order was canceled or something and they offered me this sandwich which id have never tried or ordered. It was great. I dont even know what sandwichit was. But it was so awkward the first visit I would cringe everytime I drove by. But then dealing with those 2 professionals yesterday it was so refreshing and I was incredibly grateful. I dont know what they pay them but I know that if I wasn't fair id have never spent another dollar there again. Take care of those 2 as they are the type who can make a business while the first 2 are the type who break them.
