  This is my first time at this location and was thoroughly disappointed. The slender girl with the short hair making my food and assisting with placing my order was completely rude when asking for anything warm as they should be making fresh bagels all day as the other locations i visit do "we make out bagels fresh every morning" as rude as can be. She also replied rudely any time i asked a question. It took my all to keep my composure. Additionally, while paying the system froze on Approved Thank You while the register screen still showed i had a balance. I had to insert my card several times before it finally took the payment and print a receipt. I will be checking my account for double charges and will never be back to this location. Completely ruined my experience.

  Hi. I visited this location on Mother’s Day and I had one of the worst customer experiences ever by a male employee who was handing out orders at the counter. He was very rude when I asked him a question about an order. Please learn how to speak respectfully to customers. It's not my fault that you are busy. Mother’s Day is always a busy day every year.

  I had a great experience at this location! The atmosphere is so welcoming—you can expect a friendly "Hello!" from Helen the moment you walk through the door. The entire staff provides very nice service and makes you feel right at home. The Caramel Cold Brew Shake is absolutely awesome and a must-try. I also highly recommend the Shmear Sandwich; it’s a great deal, and the Hot Honey Shmear is especially delicious. While there were a couple of mistakes with my order that resulted in a 12 to 14-minute wait, the food was still excellent, and the positive energy of the team more than made up for it. It’s rare to find a place where the service is this genuine. I’ll definitely be back! Next time I’ll make sure to take pictures before I go all of the goodness down

  Made an order online. Picked up and found out I was missing several items. But after speaking with the manager, I got the order sorted out. 5 stars for the customer service

  I don’t know what happened to Einstein Bagel but they went front the best bagel spot to the worst. This place can’t get you a plain bagel in under 15 minutes. They’re so bad they don’t even try. They sit back laughing talking and nonsense of urgency. It’s pretty pathetic. I give up. Einstein bagel get no more of our money
