- CSCeleste SwansonMay 13, 20261.0Ordered a medium iced caramel craze latte and it wasn’t until I was down the road before starting to drink it only to find out they left out the caramel. Caramel is the main character of the caramel craze latte. Almost $6 for a bitter coffee and milk drink which I didn’t drink because it was terrible.

I was a little confused because I had ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel so I told him politely that I was supposed to have a sandwich not just a plain bagel in response he gave me the most condescending reply saying “yeah it’s a bacon egg and cheese ON A PLAIN BAGEL.” I was just trying to make sure I got the correct thing I had no rude intentions we just had a misunderstanding, but he was overly rude about it and made me feel like I was stupid for asking so when I went to drive away I teared up and apologized like it was my fault. On top of that my hashbrowns were smooshed and disgusting.

The corporation has lost its way I think. Drop all the flavored non coffee drinks and all the crazy sandwiches. Get back to the basics. Hot fresh doughnuts and good coffee. I mean it is a doughnut shop.
