- JJJohn5 days ago1.0I was about to order and not only could i not understand what they were saying because two different people were talking to me over the mic saying different things. They did not answer my questions and just had an extremely terrible attitude. I ended up canceling my order and not getting anything because of the way that they were talking to me. I am now going to the other Dunkin’ Donuts to get my order. Terrible customer service. Very rude ladies that were talking to me over the speaker.

No one ever acknowledged my presence whatsoever. Even had the nerve to ask for a tip. About the coldest place I have ever been and I’m not talking about the temperature.
- CCcolebloodedkillaMay 31, 20261.0DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I go through the drive-thru and I ordered 4 espresso shots. The guy rang it up as 2 double shots for $4.89. I get to the window and tap my card, come to find out they changed the price. He changed it to be 4 single shots for $5.96 just so they can change me $1+ more. When I asked why he didn't just keep it as the two double shots and if the individual shots produced more espresso, validating the price increase, he said no. He literally just wanted to charge me more. The manager, a blonde lady, was behind the counter and was aware of it too. It's one thing if you make a mistake, it's another to have a price on the screen and then change it AFTER I PAY. There's a Starbucks across the street that has never tried to scam customers. I suggest you take your business there.

The team behind the counter was on point! They had my order ready by the time I was finished paying. Very efficient and everyone seemed to be enjoying their day. I wish this was my hometown Dunkin.

Didn’t say thank you basically active as if I was doing him a favor by dropping in if this is your attitude disposition at work, just stay home and make all of our days brighter. Please get rid of him or train because he does your business zero favors The last thing I want to see you on the way to work is this?
