    Wanted a late night snack and the website said they close at 10:30 . Apparently they close at 10:00 now but about two weeks ago I went around 10:15 and they were still serving. Something isn’t right here!!

    We walked in at 9:45. The website and maps said they don’t close till 10:30. I was putting in my order and about to get my card out to pay, when the cashier told me that kitchen is closed. First of all, you shouldn’t be closing till 10:30, and second of all, who says that while a customer is in the middle of ordering. They were extremely rude about it as well. Never coming back.

    We got there at 10:06 and their website says they close at 10:30. Highly disappointed and DONNOT RECOMMEND.

    This dairy queen has been here my entire 50 years. Its a part of kennesaw. Its had MANY owners. We have had a bad experience on our last visit. Spent almost $70 on 3 meals with ice-cream. I got a chocolate peanutbuster parfait. The chocolate icecream had an odd tang to it. Like it had fizz added to it. A tingle in the tip of the tongue. I called the store and spoke to the shift manager. She said there was nothing wrong with whats in the machine. Didn't say I'm sorry for your experience. Let me give you a credit. .. or replacement or refund. Nothing. The peanuts were like chewing on rocks. The pineapple lemonade was awful. Undrinkable. Something was definitely wrong with the drinks. Just VERY disappointed as a life long customer. Poor customer service.
