  I don't know what happened to this location it used to be pleasant, but I went more recently, the food was to be expected, but customer service could use some work. The workers seemed like they were annoyed to take your order. The drink area and tables needed to be cleaned up a bit better. A few areas of improvement but hopefully they'll get it together.

  Just left the store 30 minutes ago. No complaints with the food, or the quality, or the cleanliness. A coachable moment for the young lady who served me the food. She was going really really fast and customer service requires that you listen to the customer first, as there were no people standing behind me in line. Overall great experience no complaints.

  This is the location I usually go to when i get chipotle, but i normally don’t have problems. I’m not sure if it was the time of night (9 pm) or just something else but my food kinda sucked. My brother and i came in together and he got a burrito and i got a bowl. We both got the barbacoa. The worker making my brothers burrito went into the kitchen to get him fresh meat (because another worker told her it was old and to not use it) but when the next worker made mine he used the old, dried up meat in the container in the line. The lady next to me commented on how dry it looked and the workers didn’t seem to care. Got home and it was sooo dry and extremely salty?? I normally finish a bowl, or would save it for the next day but this was inedible after a certain point. Highkey so disappointing

  Terrible Service poor staff attitudes that lightskin lady just gave wrong and not listening i ordered steak and chicken quesadilla kids she gave burrito instead of quesadilla kids and big of hurry and listening my orders and she needs to be fired pass up this location im going to different location:(

  This is our usual spot to grab chipotle, but unfortunately I’m not so sure if I’d want to come back. I ordered a burrito bowl and while eating it I’m glad I happened to look down before taking a bite and I found a small WIRE BRUSH BRISTLE in my food! Very unsafe! Please throughly inspect your food before eating! Also, the employees should inspect their cooking utensils and such for safety reasons! This could have ended up bad for me or for others who eat here!
