  Okay, I'm so serious - Ms. Kaleigh behind the counter makes the BEST build your own bowl ever! It feels like she works to make a bowl that she would want to eat, herself. I felt very cared for as a customer! Not to mention, she actually washed her hands for the required amount of time prior to gloving up and making my food - it's the details like this that matter, and points to how much she cares about her customers. I will definitely come back here and order again!

  One of the better chipoltes in the area to me. Staff is pretty nice, and there is one girl there I think named evelin who was exceptionally helpful. Tables could be cleaner but the silverware and napkins were full, which is not something I see at many chipoltes. Food was pretty good as well, but the rice could be fresher. id reccomend.

  I had an amazing experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to Erik Martinez. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made me feel welcome. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, but Erik definitely did. The food was absolutely incredible—everything came out fresh, full of flavor, and honestly some of the best I’ve had. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. Great customer service can make a good meal unforgettable, and Erik’s outstanding attitude did exactly that. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing food and top-notch service!

  I’ve been to this Chipotle a few times, and Emily has always been friendly and professional. She does a great job keeping things running smoothly, even when it’s busy, and the staff always seems organized when she’s there. It’s nice to see a manager who stays positive and treats both customers and employees with respect. Overall, she’s made every visit a good experience.

  The guy starting my order was pleasant & professional. The lady at the next station plus check out must have been having a bad day. She was not pleasant nor listened to request. The brown rice was old as was the steak I wanted, the guacamole was brown & the queso was old/lumpy. I requested only put the cilantro lime on half - nope the entire bowl. The runny sour cream was slopped on the bowl like it was a chow hall in basic training. I drove past the Chipotle on Jiles so I wouldn’t have these issues. Oh well, I was wrong.
