  Food is 10/10 but that customer service from the employees serving is HORRIBLE. They all act so miserable and have a bad attitude. The guy with the blue hair net/covering, he gotta be a child of the owner or something cuz his attitude is so bad and he literally acts like he don’t care as if he knows his job is secure no matter how he treats customers. I come from a culture where food is good vibes and the attitude here makes you lose your appetite

  Food is great, it’s a Cava. I get a kick out of the squeaky front door every time it opens. Not sure what’s been happening the last few times I’ve visited but I get the feeling the staff do not like each other.

  I am so disappointed with my 2 orders today, We usually come here once a week. I came in at 6:00 pm, it was not busy so I’m not sure what’s changed, but the size of the new menu item baharat braised beef was so small like kids size for the price they charge. Also, service was not what it used to be. Do better for the next customer!

  The salmon needs less time, but the food is great, and the employees are even better, (they deserve a pizza party) As a customer, I’ve noticed that the night shift people are absolutely amazing, and they do a wonderful job keeping the place clean and stocked. the portions are pleasing if you go to cava for its intended purpose and not just to eat, I find I get full after half a bowl which makes me feel like I’m getting my moneys worth. Overall, for this to be one of the busiest locations that I’ve noticed, they are doing an amazing job holding it down, whoop whoop!

  I placed an online pickup order earlier today, and when I arrived at the pickup area, the employees were standing at the register talking among themselves. I stood there waiting and was not acknowledged or greeted, even though they were clearly aware that I was there. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve experienced a lack of acknowledgment or poor customer service at this location. I have given this establishment multiple opportunities to improve, but the same issue continues to happen. At this point, it is extremely frustrating to have to repeatedly stand around waiting for someone to acknowledge me when I am simply there to pick up an order I have already placed. I hope management addresses this with the staff because customers should not have to repeatedly ask for basic acknowledgment and assistance.
