  Placed on order online for pickup. Both dishes were only roughly what we ordered. Some ingredients missing and others wrong. Food was not bad, but not for getting the orders wrong. And the price was pretty high for the quality.

  I went with my wife and I let the employee know that it was our first time, he didn't even take the time out to explain the options I asked about that were on the menu nor even answer the question about the sauces. It's as if he expected us to know! There was one girl in particular who filled our bowls and I feel like she was rude, I wasn't the only one who felt that way. If you don't want to help customers then don't work in customer service, its simple! Then we picked our table and it was dirty, I had to wipe it down myself. Underneath the table was filled with napkins and dropped rice all over. For a time visitor I am highly disappointed! I am willing to give it another try but they really need to train their workers to treat customers better.

  I recently visited your location and ordered a Greens + Grains Steak Bowl. Unfortunately, several issues made the experience very disappointing. First, the roasted eggplant dip was completely omitted from my order. Additionally, I specifically requested brown rice but received none. The steak itself was cold, full of gristle, and very difficult to chew. Beyond the food, the overall service and restaurant condition were concerning: • Employees were noticeably slow and lacked urgency while helping customers, resulting in long lines at the front. • The dining room was filthy, with trash piled high (including many paper bowls) and no one emptying the bins. • Plastic spoons were out of stock, as is often the case. • The bathroom was unclean and needed attention. These issues combined made what should have been a quick, enjoyable meal quite frustrating. I hope you can share this feedback with the store manager and team so they can improve service speed, food quality and accuracy, and cleanliness standards. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I’ve been a fan of CAVA in the past and would like to see this location return to the high standards I’ve come to expect.

  Literally the worst store I have ever been in the workers are the laziest people they have no communication skills. They will literally ignore you. I asked a simple question if they had arugula. The girl literally responded “I don’t know” management here sucks I don’t know how they get any business honestly, I would avoid this place at all costs unless you want a terrible experience. Hire people who care about your business maybe 🤷‍♀️

  I tried the Steak Harissa for lunch. It was a lot of food packed into one bowl, but everything was low-calorie. Totaled $15 and some change, which is well worth it. You get your money's worth, leave full, and consume less calories than these other fast food joints. A win-win. The staff is professional, friendly, and lightning quick. The cucumber lime mint drink is one of the best drinks they have. Who would've thought. We was in and out in less than 15 minutes, which is great during a rush hour lunch crowd. Highly recommended.
