  I have always liked to ordering Cava takeout. The food is usually delicious but has gone down over the past 6 months. During this visit, I sat with others to eat inside. No one looks excited to work there. While dining, I felt a coolness on the back of my shirt. I tried to ignore it but then it felt wet. I felt my shirt and there was water enough to form drops on my fingers. It was increasing dripping from way up above. I spoke to the manager and moved tables but not before noticing tons of black stuff across the ceiling… a blanket of dirt/dust buildup. Wow!

  Very disappointed with my experience. The food was good, but as a first time customer I would have liked a more pleasant customer service experience. All of the workers looked like they were in a daze and didn't want to be there. The lady preparing the food was rubbing her face and nose with her forearm/wrist, which looked really unsanitary. She was not very pleasant...not rude, but just too mute. The man who was supposed to finish making the bowl also appeared to not want to be there. When asking for suggestions he really didn't provide any. He also threw the veggies and sauce on in a way that didn't look appetizing at all and didn't mirror the advertisements at all. If you are going to have a restaurant, the manager should train the employees on how to prepare the food and serve the food. Customers shouldn't be serve what could appear to be slop. Luckily, the food was good. The flavor was great and the bbq pita chips were delicious. Maybe it was a bad time of day and they were all just tired of the lunch rush, but if you are going to hire customer service, they should at least act like they like servicing the customers.

  Why do I always have to create an account? Why can't I just order food, you also ask for a phone number and a birthday, screw that. Stop getting into people space just be a business and sell things or dont

  Staff is weird about handling to-go orders. The have no order on who they acknowledge when picking up. Not sure why the orders arent on the to go shelves. Also noticed that my to-go came with significantly less amount of food than if I had waited in the line (which was to the door, peak lunch time). My food was delicious though, so other than not being able to grab my food and go, decent experience.
