    This location had signs that it was permanently closed. They have big trash dumpsters in the front and the sign is in pieces on the front. Please update so no one drives here.

    Tried Arby’s for the first time today, and honestly, the customer service was disappointing. The employee didn’t make eye contact with me the entire time and kept their head turned away. They snatched my card, then dropped my food out the window and said, “Oop,” then walked away and didn’t come back . 😭 I understand everyone has bad days, but the interaction felt very rude and unwelcoming, especially for my first experience at Arby’s. Definitely not the kind of customer service I expected.
